Update: I had decided to give this 7-11 another try after going in and feeling like I was respected as a customer when another group of lady's was in there ( I am assuming the older lady was the owner but I'm not positive )... Any way I went in again this morning (July 5th )at 5:30 am and the girl that had the attitude last time was there. I chucked it up as maybe she was having a bad day the last time I encountered her and continued to go and get my chai latte tea. ( From the older machine ) the machine was empty, so I asked her if she could refill it. She said I had to use the other one, this one ( newer one ) is broken. I told her the older one is the one I was trying to use and it's empty. She did not fail to once again roll her eyes, huff and puff and mumble under her breath as she proceeded to the machine. I told her, never don't worry about it, I don't need the attitude... She began to once again say I'm not having an attitude I'm the only one here. I told her yes you are having an attitude huffing puffing rolling your eyes, I'm not having an attitude with you so don't have one with me . She said so then why do you keep coming here.... GREAT POINT! I won't anymore.The young lady working there today on June 3rd 2022, had such a terrible attitude.How is your customer supposed to know the difference between the correct cup to use for the lid you have out and the wrong cup. The solution would be remove the wrong cups, not roll your eyes at the customer and when advise you should perhaps remove the wrong cup tell the customer that you have a lot to do and you're the only one there. Furthermore you shouldn't bypass customers rewards they may want to use them especially if they took the time to put their phone number in. I would have posted her name but her shirt was wide open with a t-shirt underneath of course and no name displaying. I will remember not to bother using the store if I see that employee working or perhaps not at all..

The floors were very dirty and the selection was limited. The coffee area was basically clean, and the drink machine worked well. Unfortunately, the rest of the store appeared disheveled and dirty.

There is a woman probably owners wife always try to scam people, just today she tried to scam my wife over the money load again, everybody saying same thing about her, next time i will come with the police there!

Great great store come in this morning the lady help me get my free coffee off my app she was awesome I have built up over 8,000 points an didn't know how to gmuse them but she was great she took the time to help thank goodness they'd wasn't busy on this Sunday morning but she's an angel!

Per my bank statement, My card was last swiped at this stores location. This weekend I called, gave my name & a description of my card. The stores clerk told me to hold on, she returned to the phone & began laughing then stating “ha, gotta go”. Since then, she continuously answered the phone but immediately hung up. Then refusing to answer at all. I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism by this employee and disgusted at how this location chooses to treat customers.
