They need to have their franchise card revoked.
1. Nitro/Chiller Machines setup for months and never have product in them.
2. Never have all sizes available for sodas/slurpees, forced to buy largest or smallest.
3. maybe it's the app but it misses counting on cup count for 7th cup free promo.
4. the creamer dispenser is empty by wednesdays.
5. Gas pumps are hit or miss, you have to play musical pumps to find a working one.
6. The donuts are dank, I will give them that. There is your star

Gas price at the pump and sign, not the same. Sign says $3.55 but at the pump $3.59. That is cheating

Friendly staff, especially the young lady who works night shift. But, they are still selling old lottery tickets has asked stores to stop selling them, because top prizes have been claimed. Just look up your scratch off ticket number mine “mega money multiplier #2245” Va lottery has it written in “red warning”. The machine for Power ball and Mega drawings is always down.Needs to be cleaned, bugs next hot food, bathrooms are disgusting, floors are filthy.Why is this ok? Customers have been complaining for a long time and nothing has been done. My guess is?

I live nearby and have dealt with their credit card scanners not working numerous times. They replaced them recently. However, tonight, nothing but problems with cards for everyone in line. Great employees. However, I'm 100% done with any 7 eleven after repeated issues. Garbage location.

Walking distance from my residence. Usually Walk there when the nightshift is working when I need something and I always get to use my comedian skills with them while they are ringing me up. The employee's always laugh and make you feel like family every time I visit. It's almost 4 in the morning and I'm getting ready to walk there now!

That was the wrong decision. Nasty bathrooms. Apparently, their staff doesn't clean them. We will never go there again.

Purchased tobacco that had expired, I looked at it when I walked out the door, and immediately went back inside to get a refund, and was told no refunds on tobacco....I ended up taking it to corporate, and no one will still do anything, so 7-11 lost a longtime loyalty customer over a $30 transaction. Poor way to do business

Cashier stole my points so he could get himself some free chips and a drink. How desperate can you be that you would do this? Didn't cost me any money but really makes you think about how low they have to go to try and screw somebody.
