Highly rude. Older lady named Marcia i asked for change from the cash i got from the ATM. She said can't do change i dont have enough in my drawer. I said ok then i will buy something. So i bought something 2 times to get the change i needed to take care of my children. She was very rude and said i already said i have low change. I said i have to provide for my children.

They removed the gas pumps and didn't do anything to upgrade the inside of the store. That was tried at another 7/11 just down the road and it's now closed. Hope that doesn't happen here?

I HATE THE TWO GAMBLING SLOT MACHINES AT THIS LOCATION. THOSE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS ATRACTING BAD PEOPLE AND GAMBLING ADDICTS INTO THE NIGHRBORHOOD. IT IS INCREDIBLY SELFISH TO DO THIS TO THE COMMUNITY WHERE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS. THIS 7 ELEVEN NEEDS A SERIOUS MAKEOVER. STAFF IS ALWAYS NICE BUT I ALWAYS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE COMING HERE. GET RID OF THOSE GAMBLING MACHINES.

I came in at 5:15 today and there was a line of about 9 people with one person working the entire store. Michael WAS there and got everyone in and out quicker than every other 7/11 I've ever been to. All around great customer service.

The owner/manager is very nice and I like her friendly signs out front. The employees are quick and friendly too. I never have to wait too long to check out. It's nice to have a friendly corner store to run in and out of when in a rush.

It's in Mayfield so you can only expect to see a few guys outside every now and then but the customer service was fine and everyone was friendly....including the guys/people outside...

I've been coming to this place for as long as I can remember, all the cashiers know who I am to the point that one time I left my wallet there and one of the guys save it and returned it to me the next day. On 12/17/2018 around 9am, I came in to buy something drink. I was on the phone so i parked my vehicle and stay there until i could finish my call. A few moments later the cashier came outside to my vehicle and told me there was no loitering there. I told her i was going to buy something and just needed to finish my call first.
she insisted i needed to leave,so i hang up the phone and went in. As i was walking in I apologized to her if it made her uncomfortable, I explained to her i was a police officer and i usually go there every night. She insisted I was loitering and didnt care much for I was to say. So at this point i just paid for my drink and left. I think they need to train this employee better, start by letting her know not come out of the store to confront people sitting in their cars. its not safe and by teaching her better manners and customer service. This person was really unpleasant to deal with, did not want to hear anything. She simply wanted me gone from there.
