Walmart should get out of the pharmacy business. They have a heck of a time filling prescriptions. They were being used by a family member because they though it would be easier to get a script when visiting in a different state. Unfortunately they were wrong. Multiple attempts were made to get the prescriptions until someone 0stood in the store and met with the head pharmacist and the style manager. When she returned home she got prescriptions from Walmart. However, just recently she requested medicine be filled. It was... 800 miles away where she was during the summer. She was told that it would be fixed another visit and it still wasn't fixed. Her daughter visited the pharmacy for a third time and was told the would call the other store and have the script rescheduled so that it could be filled. Now the family is in the hospital because Walmart lacked the file through. The medical personnel stated that the lack of the medication was a major contributing factor. When the store was confronted, the charge pharmacist gave an attitude and then blew off the 3-5 minutes it would have taken to hear the complaint. Hope that they don't have to go through this with their own family members.

We have always had great service at this pharmacy...polite, helpful, willing to listen to questions...I left another WM to drive out of our way to use this store in Franklin, Va.

I called the pharmacy to ask for an emergency refill because my son couldn’t get in to see the Dr. for a few days. They were so helpful and caring. They tried to reach out to the Dr. and when they didn’t hear anything back, they have us an emergency refill. I am very grateful that they care so much. This is the best pharmacy around here. Thanks Walmart Pharmacy

I was in the Franklin Walmart on March 31, 2020. An announcement was made for any customer wanting a COVID-19 vaccination to come to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy however they only had two vaccines left and I was number three or number four. The lady at the pharmacy took my name and number and asked me if I wanted to be called the next day if they had any extra vaccines, I said yes. While in the checkout line my phone rings I do not answer because I am checking out. I check my phone no voicemail, however I do call the number back, it was the pharmacy so walked to the pharmacy. When I get to the pharmacy I was told that they had called me because they had an extra vaccine however, they gave it away. As I am talking to Christine at the pharmacy, Jay Fox, Pharmacist walked up and told me that “I should have answered my phone”. I explained to him that was in the checkout line still in the store, and immediately came to the pharmacy and tried to call them also. He said he didn’t “have time for this” and as I walked away he asked me if I still wanted him to call me if they had an extra vaccine, my response, “No”. Jay Fox, very rude and unprofessional! Current customers, enjoy Mr. Fox!

The worse , every time I come in there they act like they know what they are doing . Today I went in there they didn’t have my medicine ready after I called to refill it before . I waited 30 minutes still didn’t have my medicine. After they sent a text saying it was ready . Franklin Pharmacy is the worse and very unprofessional. Always a problem no matter what.

I was on the accutane (Isotretinoin) medication which has certain deadlines every month and requires great attention. After the monthly test from the dermatologist, I answered my questions on time within the deadline and I went to the pharmacy also within the deadline.

The staff stays crazy busy here, and typically for the most part do a great job when customer service, efficiency, and making sire he pharmacist speaks with you to explain things if and when needed. The pharmacists seem really helpful and friendly here as well which I personally have always appreciated! They deal with a high level of stress when it comes to their high level of traffic of people that come here Day in and day out, and feel they do a wonderful job overall!

I for one did not like how that technician talk to me on the phone she was very rude. It is a shame in today's job market how scares jobs really are for someone to have such an attitude. I hope the next technician I talk to doesn't have an such a horrible attitude problem! Some people are calling to get medication for something that they're really embarrassed about or they are having a hard time coming to grips's with the medical condition

Rude pharmacy assistance. Refused to input any new discount pharmacy info. Often have to go back to get correct meds.
