If your trying to find a great awesome place for someone to help you with your phone, or pay a bill Verizon in Franklin, Va is the place to go. The manager is Awesome, she makes sure everyone leaves happy. She is a great listener she is dedicated to her job, she is very honest. She has strong leadership skills. I have been there so many times. She knows what she's doing and I love that. She helps so many customers and her employees. They work with you so you can get your phone right or get help with deals or anything else. Family deals, home internet, new arrivals. If you ever need a little help visit Verizon in Franklin, Va. Awesome manager and Awesome employees.

I came in on Sunday. Having a battery issue and a young man named Chris told me because I had a warranty. I could get a phone with only pay my deductible. But I had to do it on the internet but as soon as I did that I could bring it in. And he would transfer all my data and apps and set it all up for me. that sounded great so I got the phone and I went back in on Wednesday. And a young woman helped me set it up, But she also took both of the phones into a back room and then Told me there was a forty dollar charge which the young man chris had not told me anything about. So I agreed to defeat but then I noticed that she was whispering every time she would ask me for the money which was three different Times that she asked me for the money. She even told me she was gonna hold on to the phones and transfer the data. And I could go to the store and get cash. And she insisted that it had to be cash when I told her. I thought that was odd because Verizon certainly should have the ability to take a bank card. She said no it had to be cash. She never once told me that it was her personal fee. So I went to the store and I got the cash But the whole thing felt like something was illegal or we were being sneaky. I also felt Intimidated by her as she was Being very talkative Singing and dancing, She play She played monopoly on Her phone the entire time. She was supposed to be doing anything with me as her customer. Then that I found out When I went to the bank to get the cash. She had went to walmart and went shopping in the middle of a customers Transaction my phone was still supposed to be setting their All the data and she left them laying on a table for anyone to have access to while she went shopping at walmart. So I paid her Because I was nervous about the whole thing and I called verizon when I left They told me it was absolutely illegal for her to have collected anything. And they were going to be looking into it as she likely would be fired And the store may have to be completely shut down because they authorized it. The other employees knew that this was happening because heard them talking about me One of the employees said to the manager that that particular girl that had gone to walmart was getting forty dollars out of this old white lady quote.So they absolutely won't be getting any more business out of me. And I thought it was best to warn the public.

I was mislead about the internet box being able to service the address. After many hours with the tech support trying to get the box to work. It was discovered that the franchise has intentionally used a wrong address.I was told to return the box because it was not going to work for my home address. I was sent a box without a mailing label, so I returned to the store of purchase to get assistance with the return. The store was using false addresses so that the customer would agree to the purchases. I was promised a laptop that never has arrived.The Franklin Va manager directed me to go to the Suffolk, Va store because the Franklin, Va store does not do any returns, and all their returns go to the Suffolk, Va store even though my purchase was in Franklin, Va. Her claim was false, the Suffolk, Va store could not accept any returns from the Franklin, Va store. It’s like buying shoes at Target and trying to return them to Walmart.Long story short, the manager in Franklin gave me bad advice and caused me to travel 40 miles unnecessarily.The Suffolk, Va store printed a new return label and directed me to the nearest FedEx to complete my return.

So what turned into a 3 day almost 8 hour ordeal with switching from T-Mobile to Verizon “not due to this stores employee fault at all” Chris got it all figured out and squared away he did absolutely everything he could in his power to get around some of the hurdles and solved all our problems! This man deserves a raise for the professionalism and patience he has 10/10 would absolutely do business with Chris again.

My husband & I went into this Verizon we live in gates NC & every other Verizon near us closes at 5 except this one. We needed to switch to Verizon & I needed a new phone (could not decide to either stay with an android or get an iPhone). Emily the sales associate there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! With our tall order we watched her help us with a smile & full knowledge of her job while also juggling with much patience & great personality the multiple other customers who came in to pay their bill. For our very first experience with Verizon we can honestly the rep Emily made it easy & joyful as we had many laughs during this long transaction, & no regrets. This store is the one to visit! Big shout out to Emily ❤️

I went in not sure what device I was going to get...Emily help me with my choice.I asked her...if I couldn't figure it out...could I bring it back...she immediately said to me "IF you have time I will put it together for you"....That is exactly what she did.She connect the headset to my phone in seconds.I was beyond thankful! Thank you again Emily...you are greatly appreciated!
