I had made an appointment here for 5 pm and wasn’t anywhere near done at 6 pm. All I needed was a pedicure. The lady that works there was super nasty towards me. Every time I had a question, there was a sarcastic response behind it. I eventually decided to leave because I had uneven shaped toes and she took way too long to see me. I do not support businesses that don’t respect their customers. However, the guy who scheduled my appointment the day before was really nice, shout out to him :)

Honestly, I was quite disappointed when I got the price. I got charged for gel polish when I told her I'd do regular instead, which she went and got. My friend and I got charged for a spa pedicure if that's what they want to call it when we asked for just normal making the appointment. I mean my feet look good, but not $55 good.

This is the most unprofessional nail location in Franklin. Owner is extremely rude. Please spend your money somewhere else. Because I'm all about customer service. And I will hardly drive far to spend my hard earned money somewhere else rather than be treated rudely

My daughter was quoted a price of $45 for her nails, when she was charged theywere $70! I understand that some styles cost more, BUT it's unethical for them not to tell her the nails she wanted were going to be more than the quote. They clearly could see it was a teenager they were dealing with. It was her own money too. Extremely disappointed in their business practices. Will not be returning.Service: Acrylic nails
