Arrived here for bailed cardboard delivery around 10:30 am and didn't get unloaded until 5:30 pm and they don't pay detention at this facility. They leave your trailer dirty as well! Just plain disrespectful. Avoid at all costs. Time is money!!

Don’t come here drivers seriously trust me that facility is worse then ever i don’t wana give them even 1 star they don’t deserve any star i came 9am and its 2:15 pm still waiting for door!!

Delivered bails of cardboard. They have several buildings on site. If you pick up cardboard from Greensboro NC chance are you don’t go to the building Google maps will send you too.
As soon as you make the right off main road (58 and 258 by-pass or 168) you will see a driveway to the left and the sign say paper deliveries…..
Turn left there and weigh in. Then back into a dock if one is available. If not drive pass the docks and turn around.
Park on the side of the driveway and wait for a dock to come open.
When a dock becomes available back in.
Note the dock number. Walk to the door and put your weight ticked and BOLs in the corresponding Manila envelope with same number as dock.
Stick it in the holder on the door.
Then you wait.
Took them 4-5 to unload me last night. I had to wait for a dock.
Don’t forget to weigh out also.
Dusty, dirty, funky place.
Bathroom is not obvious but I think I remember asking to use it before a while ago and they let me use one. Not 100% sure I’m recalling accurately
Plenty of room for maneuvering.
They want you to open and close doors AFTER you back under roof and before you pull out from under. (You’ll se signs)
Sign says stay in the truck. I went walking and they didn’t bother me. Got 5000 steps in. :-)

It’s no one you can talk to when you pull in, I got here at 01:24p and it’s bout to be 8:00p smh this is the most I waited to be unloaded, have 5 dock doors with 5 trucks in it but one person unloading

Horrible place to deliver to, 3 hrs so far and still haven't started unloading, be prepared to sit. The reviews of this place are pretty much accurate, the employees should apologize for taking the companies money on payday, clearly getting paid to sit around, thankfully this place isn't a hospital. Because everyone would be dead waiting for treatment.

Wasn't anyone to tell me how the operation was suppose to go. Had to ask another driver. No directions posted anywhere other than you'll get a fine if you don't scale and what button to push if you've got waste paper.Been here about an hour and a half and I'm still waiting for a dock.Took about 6.5 hours from arrival till departure (shown in picture).

Got loaded very quickly, we tried to scale on the way out, we were told to get off the scale. We're good enough to haul their product, buy can't scale it to ensure it's legal....
