“Wonderful staff especially Ms. Joann at the Franklin, Va store. Went in looking for a particular pair of shoes. Ms. Joann took the time to get on the computer to find out what store had my size in stock and done it with a smile. Had to drive all the way to Newport News, VA to get them but I got them. Now that’s what I call good customer service!”
