Wonderful staff especially Ms. Joann at the Franklin, Va store. Went in looking for a particular pair of shoes. Ms. Joann took the time to get on the computer to find out what store had my size in stock and done it with a smile. Had to drive all the way to Newport News, VA to get them but I got them. Now that’s what I call good customer service!

Very rude. Never asked if I needed assistance. Kept picking "hope u ain't gonna ask for any specials" I'll never come back into this ghetto place very unprofessional

Went to Shoe Show on Sunday around 4:15 pm...Around 4:30 I was walking up to the door & I know on the door it said they closed at 5 but the lady saw me & a few more customers coming & locked the door & went straight too the back..very bad for business..I will not be going back there
