Well not sure what has happened rather new management or the workers just don't care about Loral costermers.Now understand about not having paint in stock but when the sales person tells you that another store has what I need and she is willing to drive to North Carolina to get what I need seems great until don't hear a word.Was told it will be a few days well it's going on 2 weeks now and after calling to see what's going on and still not a word seem very unprofessional for a well know paint company that I been buying for years. A SEMPLE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO BE INFORMED ONE WAY OR ANOTHER

We have been very pleased with their paints over the past 20+ years.What plays an important part of us going to Sherwin-williams is their Associate who does a great job helping out. Hazel ask good questions and can pick out colors that we are looking for which is usually a blend.We also like their paint sample brochures.
