This is by far the best apartments that I’ve ever rented and I've been here for 2 years. The staff are consistent and the landlord responds in a timely manner. The maintenance man is always on top of things and knows his stuff. This is the only place that I would move back to if I needed to.

I’ll start off by saying the outside area is wonderful, and the maintenance people are very nice, and as helpful as they’re allowed by management, and that’s why I give it 2 stars. But the apartments themselves are horrible!!!From the second I moved in, there were roaches everywhere in the kitchen. The only thing they did was send an exterminator who came one day, and the roaches were still there. I continued to call, and was told every time that there was nothing more they could do!!!Besides the roaches, there were an insane amount of other issues! The fan vents in our bathroom didn’t feed to the outside. All they did was circulate back inside the bathroom, and because of this, mold grew everywhere inside the bathroom. I would literally have to shower with the door open, and have a fan blowing out the door!!! If I didn’t do this, the mold would grow worse by the day. And this must’ve been an ongoing issue, because there were so many layers of paint covering mold from years of other tenants before me! Again, we were told there was nothing that could be done about this!Every single plug-in socket throughout the apartment was very loose. Everything I had plugged in had to be done at the perfect angle, or else my electronics would shut off constantly. The washer and dryer that come in the apartments are very tiny! It would take over 2 hours to dry a single load of laundry! After one month my electric bill was so high!!! It was so bad that we had to take our wash to use pay washers and dryers!!!There were a lot of other issues, but It would take hours to write them all.If you plan on moving here, make sure you thoroughly check everything out in the actual apartment you’ll be living in, and have all the issues fixed before hand. Please know that I’m not lying. These are 100% factual issues we dealt with in our 6 months. The good news is that I learned a valuable lesson whenever I rent an apartment in the future.

Grounds Keeping is top notch. Pretty Quiet area, and management works diligently to cultivate and assure this type of environment.

Beautiful place but there is small parking space, there is only two guess parking space per section. If you park in the wrong spot your subjected to a being in volation of there rules. There's alot of older white people that don't like being around other ethnic people an the complex manger Paula caters to those people more then any other residents. Basically if your "not the right skin tone" this is not the place for you.

The property manger, Paula is absolutely the most disrespectful, rude person I have ever spoken to in my life. She is also illegally trying to give my overpaid rent to someone else. And now refuses to answer any correspondence.

I really enjoyed living at Meadowridge. The office manager was very sweet and was very easy to talk to. I looked at a few places to live in Franklin, but this was by far the only choice as far as apartment complexes.I never had a problem with my neighbors being loud or obnoxious. I worked at the paper mill so I never noticed the smell of it, however that smell will be at any place in Franklin if the wind is right. Definitely not something that Meadowridge can be held accountable for. My one bedroom apartment was spacious, especially for just me. The rent rate was very reasonable especially considering the how secure I felt and how quiet and comfortable the community was. Paula does everything she can to help you if you just ask.

DONT LIVE HERE!Spent a month living here and got out of dodge ASAP.First the management office is REALLY SHADY. This is what happened to us.We were looking for a apartment that took our dog ( Pit Bull ). She told us that they can. We showed photos which she approved of and gave us the thumbs up. We signed the lease and paid the rent and security deposit. 2 weeks into living there problems started.#1. Coming home one day I parked my car and as I was about to get out this neighbor of ours opens up her window and starts chewing me out... telling me thats not my spot. I told her thats the one they said was mine. She started cursing and even called me cracker LOL. Ok. I started parking in guest parking.#2. I wanted to go over my car one day, so I opened up the hood and started checking systems. The maintenance man comes by says you can't work on your car. I asked him why and he said its their policy that no work can be done to a car. Cant even look under the hood. Only thing they allow is battery jump. They never told us this when signing the lease. Had I known I would of not signed.#3. THE SMELL!!!!!! I CANT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW BAD THIS SMELL IS. Try taking 4 month old Sweaty dirty socks, wet them some more, and put it over your nose... Thats basically the smell. Every night it fills the whole apartment complex and it STINKS! We have to shut off the AC/Heat and close all the windows. Hoping it will keep it out.#4. Dog. And this leads me to the reason we left. We got a notice on our door a month in that we have a unauthorized dog in our house. I asked the management what they were talking about she saw a photo. She said she didn't know it was a pitt bull. Really?!!! So I told her you saw the photo, asked if she's friendly and gave us approval. Now your changing your decision AFTER we moved in. She said we had to get rid of the dog. You can Imagine we were upset. So me and my wife said we were unhappy with this complex and left.#5. CRIMINALS. We left and gave the keys back. Months later we get a letter saying we owe them $500 for damages. DAMAGES!? What damages. They said there was a dog smell in the apartment. LOL! They also said they needed to install a new carpet and charged us for it. These people are crooks. I STRONGELY RECOMMEND NOT LIVING HERE.
