I called just to get a quote for filing unded my business and the woman on phone IDK if shes DEAF or just doesnt care for her job. She completely ignored everything I said and tried to force appointment without discussing job FIRST. She also had the nerve to tell me I HAVE to come in and if I dont accept then I can leave and find business else where? First of all I already know I can hire someone else your job is COMMON. Second, I dont have time for you people to waste why would I waste my time going to an appointment when your secritary doesnt even know if the location can even help me. She even said they would call me back but never did. Worse tax experience I ever recieved, I do not recommend this location and I will be compkaining to HR BLOCK Headquarters.
