Had a great experience getting some body work done. Job took as long as they said it would, and their work was the best. They even cleaned my car inside and out. I had been here before and was impressed by their quality, professionalism, workmanship, and fair estimate, even then!! Great job!

I never received a response back from my auditor estimated repair. Emails and multiple voicemails were sent! Very dissatisfied!

My vehicle went in beginning July 2022 (car was out of commission June 27th). It was at the latest two weeks worth of work. I didn’t get my car back til September 19th 2022. I only spoke to one person, Bryan, when it came to the progress of my vehicle. He kept going back on whether or not he had all the parts for the vehicle. He waited on FOUR separate hoods and continuously gave the excuse that they were all dented and could not be used. I had told him from week one I do not care about dents as long as I can get back to work. He said he’d have to talk to his boss and never said anything about it afterwards. When I had started to complain that it had already been there a month he got an attitude about it. Bryan had also lied about how long the settlement with the insurance took and that he had to get a new one. Claims Rep. told me it only took four days and there was no submission of the Collision Center wanting a new settlement and that Bryan had also gotten an attitude with her when she had called to see why it’s taking so long. They are also terrible at answering their phones/returning calls and have even completely disconnected their phone lines before they are supposed to close. Since they wanted to sit on it for so long I’m behind on all bills and In jeopardy of losing my home. They should really just close the shop down permanently.

AMAZING! Not only did they do a wonderful Job fixing my front end, they made my car look brand new!! The inside and outside of my car has never looked as good as it did when I picked it up!!

Had my 88 chevy van towed here today. Everyone was very helpful. Even walked with me outside and addressed every concern I had. Shout out to the team there for being so professional and personable, a hard task to accomplish for a business. I would highly recommend this shop. They are busy, but they make time for their customers. That's awesome!
