Coming out of town to purchase a vehicle can be very nerve racking....she did her best to make me feel at ease and the vehicle was as good if not better then advertised (so far)..........
Headed back to Louisiana in vehicle now....very satisfied....

I purchased a vehicle on 6/7/24 which within one hour the transmission went out. They switched me in to a different vehicle the same day to fix the problem and I was grateful for that. The second vehicle made a noise while driving home which turned out to be the CV axle from what they found out and they have the car in the shop to fix. It has been 3 weeks since they have had my car and no progress has been made. They don't answer the phone anymore when I call to service and every update is the part is in and it will be ready the following day. The next day comes and the same answer was given until they finally stopped answering in service. This experience has been stressful and I would not recommend anyone to Winners Circle.

Have a recall.on my truck. Waited week, went there at scheduled time and was informed no part in stock. After they already scheduled me a week in advance. Been waiting 3 weeks for call back and reschedule but no call. Irresponsible customer service management.

Was trying to purchase a vehicle on 7/4/24. Had a horrible experience with the salesperson. On 7/5/24, I wrote to the GM about the experience. Nick, the GM called me within 10-15 mins. We discussed my experience, and he gave me an out-the-door price that was satisfactory and apologized for the experience we had. Upon arriving at the dealership to purchase the vehicle on 7/5/24, we met with Nick, and he put us in Dee's care. Dee is so polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Eric in the finance department got the paperwork work done and explained everything, no question was not answered. He also did not push when told that I did not want the extended warranty. Very professional. Thank you, Nick, Dee, and Eric, for changing a bad experience into a pleasant one.

Complete snafu here. I drove an hour and a half to look at a Tesla. Their "system was down," so nobody was aware I was coming. I was given over to a young man who took over 20 mins to find out that the car I came to see "had a flat tire." (the general manager had told me that it would be fixed by then.) We looked at another Tesla in stock, and it quickly became apparent that the young man didn't know the first thing about these cars. We left with an apology from the sales manager, a "have a nice trip" from the young salesman, and no response from the general manager when I requested to speak with him.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership the very next day had a blow out with the rear tire and the car was just state inspected in April. Call dealership numerous times and put on hold and emailed salesman and no response . Point of action taken I had to replace two rear tires at my expense . Very pissed I should call wavy tv 10 on them! Be aware! It's been a month and the dealership still hasn't made contact with me yet!

Shady dealership. Sold a $22,000 truck to someone. Told them they had serviced and maintenance the vehicle prior to purchase. Drove the vehicle off the lot. Transmission blew 5hrs later. Found metal and other material in the oil. They called back to tell them about what happened and the car salesman told them tough luck. You’re on your own. Horrible Horrible Customer service and business. The buyers were told to hire a lawyer. Hope he gets a full refund.

This used to be a good place to take your truck in for servicing. It's gone way down hill in the past 9 months. First of all, they do not do everything that's agreed to. Second, they over charge. There's no way it costs 120 dollars in labor to change a fuel filter. From now on, I'll just do this myself. Also, the mark up on parts is over 100% now. You can buy the same stuff across the street at Advanced Auto ( oil and fuel filters; OEM / GM parts ) for HALF the price.

The sales team did a great job at ensuring I had all the information I needed before making the long drive to them to ensure I was not wasting the trip. Polite and professional and definitely put effort into moving quickly so that the process did not take any longer than it had to.
