Bubba's is great. You can go inside to wait for car repairs and catch up farming, planting and car issues. The retirees who hang out there are great to talk to. I can always get quick and quality car repairs and tires at Bubba's.

Today! I didn’t like the service I received today. I go there for different services like used tires and an oil change. So my engine cover was broken and no one told me. Once I started driving I hear some noises. I have had my vehicle that long. I called and let them know. I returned to the shop. Someone repaired it with zip ties. I let them I need a new one. Everyone gets upset because I asked for a new one. I didn’t not break it. It should be replaced. I asked to get something in writing that I am owed a new one. Bubba throws the clip board in front of others inside the shop and says some unkind words with the other people in the shop. Things happened be honest enough and willing to replace it. I travel daily and pay monthly for my vehicle. Why should I accept anything? I am waiting for another engine cover. I guess since I am a female and I suppose to accept anything. I work for what I get and my service. I don’t get anything free.

I had my car towed here because I was stuck on the highway 50 miles away from home... I wanted to get the car back to Franklin where I live well, Bubba went far beyond the call of Duty and stay till 7:00 until the work was done just so that I wouldn't have to walk home the price was low as well... the BESt shop that I have 'been to so far in 20 years!!Will definitely go back for more service ☺️

Bubba and his staff are always right on the money! I grew up in Franklin, but have not lived here for about 14 years...I purchased tires for a vehicle today and the service was fast, the price was great, and the atmosphere was a breath of fresh air! I even got to visit with McCoy for a little while...I have such fond memories of going there with my dad when I was a kid...It was a big deal to get a snack and soft drink out of the machine and then listen to McCoy and the rest of the men talk and tell stories. It is so great to see that Bubba and his staff are still doing good small town business. I really enjoyed myself today and will make the drive down Hwy 58 to come back again soon!
