I called to make an app for a tire alignment (needed one sooner rather than later). I was given a few different options for the same week, but only one worked for me. The app was at 2pm and I had to meet someone at 3:30pm. I verified on the phone the max length of time the app was going to take as I didn’t want issues with meeting at 3:30. I got to my app 10 mins early and checked in. I sat there for 45 minutes past my app time and they hadn’t even pulled my car into the garage. I had to go to get my keys and the lady says “I’m sorry I didn’t know you were in a rush. The mechanic was busy today and took a late break.”It wasn’t that I was in a rush it’s that I had an appointment made, and if the time couldn’t be honored then that should have been made clear at check in so I could go ahead and make the decision to wait or reschedule. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the lady’s were nice.

First let me start by saying I am a 3rd generation family business owner . I always give the business the opportunity to do the right thing . This business has zero integrity. The first time I took my vehicle to them 4 years ago to have my tires rotated, my wheel fell off on a mountain in WV leaving me stranded . They did however make it right after much debate paying all my expenses. I decided to give them another chance because everyone makes mistakes. I took 2 other vehicles in to have alignments done . I had to take both of them to another alignment shop to get them correct. I took another vehicle to them to have tires rotated. Dropped it off as they asked . The next afternoon I went to pick it up and they informed me they could not rotate my tires due to it not fitting on their rack. Waste of a company vehicles profit for a day . That was the end of using them .
Then my son without my knowledge took 2 trailer tires that where 14 months old and had 500 mi on them to be dismounted and remounted on new wheels . They were holding air , never leaked a day. When they dismounted them They ripped the bead on both of the tires claiming they did nothing wrong. Then they tried to use glue to glue them back on to the old rims . Still won’t hold air . We took in tires holding air, took home 2 flat tires . They would not pay for the damages. Left us with 2 tires that are now un usable. We had to go purchase new ones.
Do yourself a favor and find a company with integrity. Don’t use them .

Very impressed with this Bobby's location. Stopped in on the way back from vacation with a tire coming apart and they fit me in immediately - replaced the tire and had me on the way in no time. Super service, very helpful and friendly staff - can't say enough about them or how appreciative I am.

Today was a day. My tire blow out then the donut blow. I was on side of the road when two Angels brought me to this place my. The young lady at the front desk helped me so much and calm me down. This place has an Angel when you walk in the door. Thank you and may your life be full with blessings.

I've been going to this tire place since it was Drake Tire and then Bobby's Tire and Auto. Just like other customers, I wasn't happy that it was sold to an out-of-state business. I did get a good competitive deal on tires and alignment for my 2003 Ford Ranger. It gives me much better control and comfort. Having Jennifer at their front desk was a smart hiring decision for them.

This location doesn't have state inspection. I don't understand why they can't rotate their employees from Armory drive to downtown for inspections. Also, I like the customer service & update on the vehicle as well example the issue by showing you. They give you little sample logos gifts of their business. They also provide a catalog of rims. Review is to improve products & service as well as value goods & service. I must add neither location except extended warranty but have a company credit card service & unsure of points program. Also you have to buy four tires in order to receive a free alignment.

The customer service on 4th St is 1000x better than on Armory!!Jessica is the most down to earth & kindest lady ever and the mechanics Care and know what they're doing!I'll always go to 4th St!!
