Excellent customer service! My first time shopping at Belk, I was greeted by Jeanette and she was there every step of the way, helping me choose clothes, telling me about the stores, their offers etc. I felt so welcome, she went above and beyond to cater to my needs. Belk outlet in Franklin Va is nice, clean, and friendly but those prices?! Wow. Things are marked up extremely high and almost everything in the store is on clearance..still paying $30. for a basic printed tshirt. Most things seem to be more expensive than he regular Belk store.
