Surprisingly easy to use the no contact, all online/phone booking system to rent the storage units. We rented two and both were "move-in ready" clean. Customer service on the phone was very professional and even helped me find moving companies!! They're the best!

They changed the locks on two of my units for no reason and l called serval times they r holding my property they will not call uback or but they r ready to raise the fees by 10.00 which if don't have insurance of own it doesn't make sense from one to vet another l wouldn't recommend it was better when it was ABC this company just want your money and I have renting for over 10 years now problems under ABC storage AAAA is money hurry I hope I will get my property out of there like said they will not call u back if there's a problem wish me luck I may have to take a legal approach finally someone called back and this could been resolved sooner if there was a manager at on site at least a few hrs no likes being called a lier or talked down to. (3 week after my 1st time calling due to my spam blocker)

The units are clean, with ceiling lights in larger units. I've no concerns re security. Billing was a problem but main office was very responsive and was able to correct the problems.
