I stumbled across Homesense by accident and it was similar to HomeGoods. They actually had items that neither Marshals nor HomeGoods store had. I bought these 2 baskets from them and I haven’t seen in any other stores. Great prices!!! I will add them to my rotation when seeking great home decor.

My wife, who is four months pregnant, attempted to buy a vase at your shop last Sunday morning. Due to the vase's high placement and her pregnancy preventing her from reaching it, she sought assistance, waiting at the spot for over 10 minutes without help. When she approached the cashier for aid, a woman claiming to be the manager, named Jennifer with long grey hair, insisted my wife retrieve the vase herself or continue waiting there. Despite my wife's explanation of the wait, Jennifer rudely refused to sell the vase and asked my wife to step aside, showing disrespect and making discriminatory remarks. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer service manager at such a large department store. My wife, a longtime local customer who has spent substantial amounts of money and referred many others to support Homesense, will no longer patronize your store due to this discrimination. We will also inform our relatives, friends, and clients about this incident involving the mistreatment of Asian customers by a store manager.

I wanted the perfect outdoor rug and found the correct material, color, design, and size. I was able to buy 2 rugs because the price point made it affordable!!

Great location! Home sense has great options to choose from, especially their seasonal items. Items are high quality and most products are discounted periodically. The customer service is phenomenal and every employee is super friendly!

Great location and plenty of options for home decor. I love the food area, where you can find different products, not found in regular chain supermarkets.

Love how organized this place is and how they have multiples of everything. Reminds me of home goods but upgraded. So many things to buy from furniture to kitchenware, unlimited amount of decor and bedding and bathroom items. Anything you can think of they have!
