DISABLED senior with broken elbow and complete foot reconstruction. Ordered a knee-walker to be expedited to my apt door. LAZY delivery man ignored delivery directions and left walker where I can’t get it. Called FedEx and told drivers weren’t allowed to deliver to apt buildings. My apt mgmt has denied FedEx’s excuses and lies. Sam (FedEx Resolution) said the driver would come back and deliver to my door. So far, FedEx is a NO-SHOW. I will call the Knee-Walker company, file a complaint, then I will be filing an ADA complaint against FedEx. Clearly, they think they are exempt from the Americans with Disabilities Act. I am also refusing to purchase anything that is shipped via FedEx.

FedEx does NOT follow delivery instructions. Have filed at least 8 complaints. 3 within the last 3 days. I have disabilities and they refuse to deliver my packages to my door step. This is against ADA and I have filed a formal complaint. The Federal Government is now on the case about them violating the ADA laws. My complaints to FedEx have no resolution after all of my complaints. Nothing but lies & broken promises. The case I filed with ADA against FedEx will hopefully go to court. I've even spoke with the manager at FedEx, they refuse to redeliver, she argued with me and had an attitude. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Horrible!! I have been waiting for my package to arrive ever since the 2nd of August 2022. THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING FOR EVER TELLING ME THAT IT WILL ARRIVE TODAY BUT THEN NEVER DID. BAD. Worst!!

Still open sadly Tried to get a package delivered from there. Was supposed to arrive by 8 at the latest. A 6:50 got a message that they weren't able to deliver due to a security issue. All the delivery companies have keys to my location. Fedex phone representative told me they just marked the security issue and didn't bother delivering. Best argument for funding USPS.

Driver marked package as delivered, but no package left!!!! Can’t get in touch with anyone to track it down - absolutely terrible customer service!!!

FedEx driver rang the doorbell and took off before I had a chance to open the door. Like 20 seconds. Ran outside and the driver was down the road. Did not leave package due to signature required, or a slip. Took off work day 2, no delivery due to weather. Rained for 20 minutes. Now I have to take off work a third day. Incompetent and terrible customer service.

A great shipping location if you want your item to never arrive or arrive damaged. FedEx has shown itself to be careless and uncaring after they've shown exceptionally poor work. I had an item delivered in November that had been left in the rain and damaged only to find that FedEx repackaged it in another box and attempted to deliver it with no explanation. I told the driver to take it back and they recorded the item as refused, instead of damaged in transit.In the last week I also received notification that FedEx delivered a package but the item never arrived. I checked my doorbell camera and noted there was no parcel delivered and no FedEx vehicle in my neighborhood. They spent over a week pretending to do an investigation and never forwarded any information to me or provided an explanation. I eventually had to call the national number to get them to close the case and allow the shipper to file a claim. I asked the shipper to ensure that they used UPS or any other method. FedEx really needs to rethink how they do business from this location.

VERY UPSET WITH THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. THEIR DRIVERS ARE NOT DELIVERING THE PACKAGES AND STATING THAT THE PLACES ARE EITHER CLOSED OR NO ONE IS AVAILABLE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I NOTICED THAT THEY STATED THEY HAD ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE AT 8:59 AM TODAY BUT NEVER CAME BY BECAUSE WE ARE OPEN SINCE 7:30 AM AND THE DRIVER NEVER CAME THROUGH. I CALLED TWICE THE FIRST TIME WAS AROUND 1 PM THEY STATED THEY WOULD HAVE THE DELIVERY DRIVER COME BY AND DROP OFF THE PACKAGE TODAY BEFORE 5 PM. CALLED BACK AROUND 430 TO FOLLOW UP AND THEY JUST SIMPLY STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE AND THAT THE FACILITY WAS ALREADY CLOSED FOR ME TO GO PICK IT UP MYSELF. #FEDEX POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAILURE TO DELIVER PACKAGES ON TIME WILL TAKE THEM OUT OF BUSINESS IM VERY GLAD THAT #AMAZON HAS THEIR OWN DELIVERY FOR MOST OF THEIR THINGS ORDERED AND HOPE FEDEX GETS TAKEN OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES. IF THERE WAS A WAY FOR ME TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW IT WOULD OF BEEN DONE. WHEN YOU RELIE ON A DELIVERY COMPANY TO DELIVER SOMETHING YOU NEED AND EXPECT IT THE DAY THEY PROMISE DONT USE FEDEX IS ALL IM SAYING. AND TRYING TO GET TO SPEAK WITH A REP IN THE STATES IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY CANT TRANSFER THE CALL FROM GUATEMALA. I HONESTLY HOPE THAT AMAZON TAKES OVER AND TAKES YOU GUYS OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD.

lazy plase, all packages coming from here take forever to come in to Fairfax, and tracking and updates get pushed back every day.
