“2019-present..I’ve worked in the largest NEX which is in Norfolk, VA. That NEX is the best out of many that I’ve visited. The new second level is nice and enhances the shopping experience. I've visited quite a few bases in the DMV. Quantico, Bolling, Andrews, Walter Reed, Meade, and Paxtuet are all absolutely nice. I’ve been to Ramstein AB in Germany, and each NEX has their own uniqueness. This NEX has a few nice shops in it and always something great to find in here. As a wife of a military veteran, military sibling, and former military employee, I have always loved the military community.”

“It's a pretty large px with just about anything you could want, same drawbacks as any other px, certain things being way overpriced and such. They have a nice usmc gift shop section if you're looking for something for family or friends.”

“Kitchen, bath, living room or family room, they have you covered at HomeGoods. This store has SO much to offer if you’re a first time homeowner or just want to freshen up your existing home. There are many different styles to choose from in a one stop shop. There are isles and isles of every possible items for your home. If you need an area rug or outdoor furniture, they got you covered. There are several check out lanes to get you in/out in no time. Public restrooms as well. They also have items for your fur babies if you need a chew toy or doggie bed, HomeGoods has it. Staff members are plentiful, polite and courteous with a willingness to help you select the right item that fits your style and price point. Check out this store, you won’t leave empty handed. The goods are good, but they need to be recycled because they look like leftover brands. The products are cheap, but it takes a long time to search for what you like and the size. “The one thing I come to T. J. Maxx for is Korean skincare items for cheaper. This store had a great selection, and I came out with a new face wash, exfoliating wash, toner, and serum. They have a great selection of on-sale items here as well, though I didn’t see any Korean items amongst them. I went on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy.”

“It's one of the few Marshalls that's in top shape. Very clean and organized store. Clearance sections don't look like a hurricane hit it. Beauty section is very clean, this is a must Cuz must places, you'll find opened items with products spilled every where. Very nice employees that don't like a self made CEO. Only Con Is if you have to use the restroom, an employee has to let you in, but hey the restrooms are very clean!”

“Last week was looking for Cherry Juice, natural no sugar added, which we take for digestion. Found it at the Route 1 store, I asked at the Information desk & nothing appeared in their computers, the receptionist could not assist me. I have had issues with a knee and was wearing a knee brace. I decided to do the long painful walk & then I asked a lady who seemed to me as a supervisor where I could find the Fruit Juices, she was very kind and offered to walk me where they are, and thanks to her I was able to buy the 9 or 10 boxes, of 8 bothes of 2 quarts each, I paid some $6 each bottle for my family an friends. The lady then helped me get a huge cart & get all the boxes on it, helped me push it to the cashiers, and then helped me place the heavy boxes in my car, I asked her which department she works for, to my surprise she is Retired!!! and she is very proud of spending her own time to help at Costcoor anyone who needs help..I was amazed at the kindness without ny type of interest neither of recognition nor of monetary reward!! Her name is Ms Jennifer or Jenny and is local from Alexandria. I just have to say thank you Ms angel with wings at Costco, thanks to her I got what I needed and happily made the effort to pay the over $300 at my local Costco !!! AM”

“We enjoy shopping at Macy’s. We really like the location in Pentagon City, in Arlington County, VA. Parking is convenient and covered. In fact, they will validate your parking ticket for you so that you can enjoy free parking while there. They offer great stylish selections and last call savings. I would absolutely give this retailer a five star except they do not offer men casual and jean selections for big and tall men. I was surprised. My husband is over 6 ft tall with a 34/35 inseam and a 40 waist. They offer the waist sizes but not the inseam needed. To only find 30 or 32”inseams for his waist size was shocking. That means they are catering to overweight shorter men than taller bigger men in shape. Wow! Then to ask and learn that they do not carry those sizes in the store really surprised me. I thought the brand offered clothing for tall and bigger men. I guess not. So that is why I can only give them a 4 star. Otherwise, the service was great and the store offers many other pluses and benefits.”
