Location is conveniently located right on Fort Gregg-Adams. I’ve had work done on my vehicle here a few times now and am not disappointed. Quality of the work and customer service are solid. That said you need to bring your vehicle in early or utilize the early bird drop. This location gets extremely busy very fast so you have to be patient.

The “male” manager there is about as rude as it gets. During a 2min conversation he told me “ok” about 30-40 times as if there was a line of people waiting, but I was the only person there. Talked to me a condescending manner and talked to me as if I was a complete bother and didn’t want my business. I refused to have them work on my vehicle and will not be recommending anyone to this facility.

Used to be a reputable business, called today requesting a quote for a new AC compressor on a 99 GMC Sierra, and was told I couldn't get a quote w/o having the vehicle in hand! That it would cost $160 to diagnose it first, and THEN that fee didn't come out of the ballpark of $640...So ROUGHLY $800 for an A/C compressor?No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere, and you should too. Damn shame it's on a military base and ROBBING service members.I hope Post General kicks this place off post!At least the lady working the phone was nice, she's the only reason they got 2 stars, or it would be ONE.

W/o out a doubt, best service and price I’ve ever had. If you can make it around 7:15 and live on post 10/10 would recommend versus going off post realistically. It’s really clean inside and the mechanics actually try to help you and see what’s the problem w/ the Vehicles you have. Again, way better option than going off post and asking any other mechanics versus here.Services: Tires

I will never take any of my vehicles to this place again. They over charged me for a wheel balance because they said mine are heavy so I have to pay more because they are weak and tried to sell me a wheel bearing that I just replaced myself less then 3 months ago.they are only able to scam and rip off soldiers because of convenience and most people coming to Fort Greg adams don't know anywhere else in the area.UPDATE: I took my truck to a different business and had the alignment done I asked when I picked it up if I had a wheel bearing issue which I was told by precision and was told no everything was fine and looked good so that tells me that this place tried to sell me an un necessary part which proves my point that this place over charges and tries to sell parts that are not needed. I got charged 128 dollars to balance my wheels and was going to get charged an additional 2 to 3 hundred dollars for an alignment should have went to pepboy on crater road before I ever went in here.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my car to get my catalytic converter replaced. They replaced. Had one small bump in the road, but they acknowledged and fixed all the issues. Honesty and trust makes me say, they are a business that you can go to.

Completed a state inspection quick and professionally. Identified minor issues that weren't apart of the inspection but weren't pushy about trying to sell me to fix them. Would definitely reccomend.

They did a great job doing the inspections on both of our vehicles. The only problem is it took two days for my husband's to get done. So I had to give up my car.

I encourage everyone to do their own work or find a friend or better shop to do their work. I had a friend who brought in a vehicle to get a hardline replaced for brakes and ended up being charged almost 800 dollars. My advice would be to use this place to get your inspection stickers and nothing else unless you have plenty of extra money laying around.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY! PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS! My cars starter was failing, My car did not want to turn on and would start most times on the 2nd or 3rd try. I took it to this shop told them I just want a starter replaced. They charged me $400+. I got my car that same afternoon and the car was MUCH WORSE It took 20 tries or more tries to get the car started it, then they told me it's an issue with the ignition switch which was not true, my father who has been a mechanic almost his entire life and myself checked everything else and the only issue was the starter. I just ended up buying another starter and changing it myself at the local auto craft shop on base. I ended up testing their starter & replacing the starter and found out theirs was faulty and not working properly. After I added my starter I bought from oreilys the car started on the first try and has not failed me since. Their work should have resolved the problem but instead increased it.

I gave a description of what was wrong with my vehicle, along with the year make and model and I had my own part, which Danny knew and agreed to install, but bc he couldn’t get the discount that they tack on for them providing your part, he let me tow my vehicle to their shop and the next day his employee called me to tell me that they didn’t have the Freon 1234yf or that my car requires which I feel that he should’ve known once I provided my cars info to him… I was treated disrespectfully and told that he would not reimburse me for the tow to or from the shop. Keep your money and pay the dealership!!!! These repair shops are such a rip off when it comes to customers and they don’t care it’s all a money ploy.Service: A/C installation & repair
