Wish I could give 0 stars! Pediatric OIC Nurse is rude, defensive, and aggressive. Dont take your kids here just get tricare select and go somewhere else. I hate that On post clinics are so trash and we have to put up with people that hate their job. Ice complaint definitely coming your way girl!

Ortho plans on making an appointment but are missing documents for the actual DOCTOR to see. The nurses will turn you away and tell you what you need instead of an actual doctor. This place needs to be closed down, seeing the reviews and how service members are treated here is ridiculous. These are benefits we get and for them to be this trash is beyond disgusting.

i don’t know whats going on with this place it’s currently a 2 month wait to get an appointment. can we get an update whats wrong with the kenner active duty clinic? and when you finally do get an appointment the care is atrocious. the active duty service members deserve better than this. after reading all these comments i agree with them. i strongly believe a congressional inquiry is needed.

I never thought healthcare could be this unprofessional and unbearable until today. These doctors do not care about patients. They’re rude and unprofessional because they know the army is short staff on doctors and PAs. PA Moore was so unprofessional and nasty during my first visit I had to terminate my visit before it was complete, PA Moore showed me the definition of discrimination simple based on my medical history notes that had nothing to do with my visit. Not to mention he told me there was nothing wrong with me. Will be changing my PCM!

I was recently at Kenner picking up a prescription, while I was there I asked if they could transfer a prescription in from express scripts. I was told that they do not transfer prescriptions from express scripts, and that I would have to request a new prescription from my Dr. Upon my return home I called express scripts and was told that it was a false statement. Pharmacies at military installations transfer prescriptions from express scripts all the time, it just requires a simple phone call from Kenner Army clinic pharmacy. Apparently assisting me with the transfer of the prescription would have been an inconvenience for the staff at Kenner. I don't know if it is a training issue or if the staff just don't care, however, there is no excuse for two technicians to make the same false statement. Very poor customer service.

The active duty clinic treats the soldiers like they’re not even human. My spouse a female has been treated like absolute trash by one doctor and I can’t even get in touch with anyone in charge to make a complaint.

Worst Army hospital ever. Takes multiple calls to just set up an appointment. They need to shut this place down and allow military families to go see civilian providers. Absolutely disgusting service!

I needed to get a hearing test done. Drove two hours to find out they're closed the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Nothing on their website about that. Wasted a whole day, and still will have to come back out next week.

Can I give this place a negative star?Called KENNER to make an appointment to get my birth control replaced on THURSDAY. They told me I cannot make an appointment, I had to do a walk in on Fridays between 1- 2:30. I show up the next day (Friday) at 1 as instructed. Surprise! They actually do walk ins on Tuesdays between 7 - 8 AM. I live about an hour away...they told me to show up early because they only take 4 walk ins........ I have a job I have already missed time from because of misinformation. Guarantee if I arrive on Tuesday at 7, they won't do them then either. I have had nothing but issues every time I ever go to this awful place. If you can go ANYWHERE else, do it. You will never once be told the same thing twice here and you will NOT get any kind of decent service. This place should be shut down since no one knows how to do their job anyway

Kenner Army Health Clinic is so pitiful, they should close down and refer everyone out. Doctors sending spouse prescription to dependants with wrong dosage. Equipment in pharmacy is a joke for getting pharmacy tickets, waiting 2-3 hours for a prescription.
