Annna at this location is a nasty lady! She doesn’t know how to talk to people and nearly sent me to the emergency room from an anxiety attack. I hate to put that for the public to see but I was treated like dirt by her, not only today but all encounters with her have been like this.
I am only giving four stars because a lady named Celithia Williams was WONDERFUL to me and was patient while I explained the situation. She helped me so much and I appreciate her more than I could ever show it! She calmed me down and took me seriously after many others didn’t give me the time of day.

I dearly with an associate name Anna, very nice lady. But the entire process felt rushed and this was the lowest tax return I’ve ever received. After refilling my taxes I saw that missed out on 2000 dollars. Never again will I use H and R Block.
