The hotel is very nice. The staff work has f at keeping the place clean and it shows. There is also a free breakfast every morning. My only complaint is that the washers and dryers on each floor are constantly broken, it would be nice to have reliable laundry machines. There is also a bar downstairs with pretty good burgers!

We stayed at the Macintosh building I was extremely disappointed at my experience in 17 years of military pcsing this was probably the worst experience ever . It took 5 hrs for us to get pots and 1 pan , then when we get its way to small to even possibly cook for your family . No plates cups utensils NOTHING !! When you go to this building it’s night and day from the main hotel, I have a service dog and still had to pay a $75.00 deposit and you don’t even have to do this at the Hilton , or Marriott and this was nowhere even close to that standard. This place had mildew on the shower curtains , a toilet that would flush and we had to plunge ourselves while there and then still had to place a work order , then no one informs you that you have to turn the timer to use the stove … this should be an option for no one at all , I would never tell anyone else that is pcsing to stay in the MACINTOSH BUILDING AKA the Bottoms !!!

My family and I had a great experience. The staff surpassed my expectations, especially the manager. Great customer service. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The water in the pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was actually delicious. The manager was always making sure all the guest didn’t need anything else while we were eating. As we were leaving the manager gave my kids a KitKat, the smiles on their faces was priceless. The was the cherry on top! I highly recommend this hotel, great service and price.Rooms: The rooms were clean, smelled good, the bed was so comfortable.

I want to start by saying the front desk and house keeping 2nd floor staff were amazing! Ms. Julie (the house keeper who cleaned my room on the 2nd floor) was the best! Additionally the rest of the 2nd floor house keeping staff was very professional and courteous.Half way through my stay I was moved to the 5th floor due to renovations. The house keeping on the 5th floor was super unprofessional. They’re always on their phones and having inappropriate conversations about personal life (baby daddy/mama drama and profanity) in the hallways. The gentleman that was assigned to do weekly cleaning for my room only restocked my towels and left me with no toilet paper 2 weeks in a row. I ended up telling the front desks about this so the floor manager could be notified since they never answered the phone. After talking with the housekeeping manager, he was supposed to empty the trash, vacuum, mop, wipe down all counters, change bedding, and restock towels & toiletries. He use the last little bit of toilet paper in my room and did not restock my toilet paper. He had half made my bed and left a pile of clean towels on the bathroom stand above the toilet. I explained to the manager I put away all my stuff, to include clearing the counters so he could properly clean the counters and taking out my trash regularly. After that the floor manager took over cleaning my room. A few weeks later I had forgotten something in my room and came back to my door cracked open, my bed half made and the floor manager sitting in a chair watching TV and on her phone. As for the cleaning, white residue was left from whatever the 5th floor housekeepers used to wipe down the countertops and it had a weird moldy smell. I ended up buying Clorox wipes and window cleaner to go over what they “cleaned.” However or whatever they used to mop the floor would leave it sticky. For this stay, I was TDY for school and they forced us to stay in the IHG on post. When I come back for my next set of schooling I REFUSE to stay at this location.

Parking is seriously limited for the size of this place. There isn’t enough hot water. The shower only got lukewarm. Asked the front desk to move rooms but they said it wouldn’t be any different. So I begrudgingly stayed. I will not be staying at this facility again.Rooms: Rooms are about average for a Holiday Inn Express. Only problem I had was the lack of hot water. The shower only got lukewarm. Asked the front desk to move rooms but they said it wouldn’t be any different. So I stayed.Safety: It’s on a military base so, safe from terrorists but not from Soldiers.Walkability: It’s not walkable. Nothing within miles of this place.

Its a lot of renovation going on amd that can create some inconvenience. Other than that, the proximity to the school house is great.

Overall, it was a nice hotel on post. Many of the people staying here are service members in school for various things. The rooms are spacious, and many are newly renovated. The included breakfast is what you would expect from a hotel breakfast. There is a pool and multiple community use grills with outside seating.Rooms: The hotel is currently under renovation. The room I stayed in was renovated, and I liked it. I have heard the unrenovated rooms are less enjoyable.Safety: As safe an any hotel on post.Noteworthy details: Pool, community use grills, outdoor seating, bar in the hotel, small self checkout shop.

Great hotel ? in Fort Gregg-Adams. I am impressed with the main building.

PCS to Gregg-Adams. Avoid TDY with this hotel if you can.•Parking is a pain. Not enough spaces to meet the number of rooms there are, and this hotel is always near capacity.•Several of the external doors do not have functioning card readers, and the hotel is huge. Depending on parking, you might have to walk around a third of it before you get to a door that works.•My floor was infested with fruit flies for the entirety of my stay. I heard others with the same issue on other floors. I purchased several fruit fly traps during my stay just to bear it.•For the first eight weeks, the staff respected my wishes and did not come in the room for room service. Then they insisted they needed to come into the room to clean the room I was already cleaning.•The cleaning staff kept taking my towels even though I was washing them myself with my own detergent. Very annoying.•The Do Not Disturb sign is for show only. Staff will enter your room without knocking, two instances were while I was dressing.

If you have to stay here for an Army school just know that doing your laundry will be an issue. There's 1 or 2 washers and dryers per floor of of probably 100 rooms and of those don't work. They NEED to reinvest in their equipment.

Currently staying on the 4th floor. It's being renovated. There is a ton of dust particles floating around. The main elevator is the closest to my room and it's been blocked. They offered me to change my room; however, they are saying now there are no rooms available. I have to walk all the way around to bring up groceries. Parking is a hassle. It is on post which is a plus. I would have rather been off post. Card readers on the doors at the right wing entrance never have worked since I arrived here. Room service is decent. Location is decent.

Just checked in for one night. Front desk was super friendly and very helpful. Room is large, clean, and no odors at all.I don't understand the negative reviews. This is a large hotel on a military base. We are retired and travel a lot, mostly to RV parks, but on occasion we have to stay at a hotel and we've stayed in bad ones. This is super nice. Don't let the unjustified bad reviews keep you away. It really is nice.Update: There is a Pub at the hotel. Open until 10pm. Get the wings! Delicious!
