DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS ABOUT LORIThey no longer work at this store! The two gentlemen who I’ve seen a few times at this store were absolutely WONDERFUL with helping me out to pick quality, well-priced protein powders. Even being patient and understanding with me being a bit slower in social situations. MAD props to these fellas!!!

Bry is always helpful and informative. Odd to see so many negative reviews every time I go I’m greeted and if I have questions they are always answered appropriately. Thanks for the help!

Got recommended a good flavored pre workout by the employee. It was definitely tasty, I'm sure she is too.

False information is being passed around about the products sold at these GNC's on post. One associate was trying to sell me a P6 made by Cellucor saying that the ovine placenta powder was an estrogen blocker which is far from what it actually does. Then noticed another lady working there I think her name was Lori, being completely disrespectful to a customer by interrupting them in mid sentence and talking over them to try and sell a specific product which wasn't even what the customer was there looking for. These employees obviously care nothing about the costumers and are only about making their commission. I will never purchase anything from these GNC's possibly from any GNC.

About one week ago I went into the main exchange at Fort Lee, Va and walked into the GNC there on my lunch break to pick up a 5 hour energy for a quick pick-me-up due to a hectic work day. I was greeted by a woman by the name of Lory who was the only one working there at that time. I grabbed a 5 hour energy near the front desk and was ready to check out when Lory rudely kept trying to change my mind on buying the item. All I wanted was that one 5 hour energy, nothing else, and she kept insisting that I not buy it. Which was odd since I'm giving GNC business, then she mentioned that there was a 5 dollar limit and that I needed to purchase three more in order to reach that 5 dollar limit. I have NEVER in my entire life heard of a 5 dollar limit in a retail store, only at gas stations, and I have been to plenty of other GNC's and not one has ever told me that there was a limit on my purchase. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop at the Fort Lee main exchange GNC. Customer service is horrible and it is clearly obvious that sales are a more important matter. There are many other GNC's to choose from that will give much better customer service.

Staff , specifically Lori, is condesending, pushy, & confrontational. Do not shop at this store!! You are better off going to the other GNC located near the Pizza Hut! I purchased a product there & when I found something about it, that made me want to return it, not only would they not take it back, but started ranting about Hot Coffee warnings from McDonalds. The other store is much more cooperative & does not try to sell me stuff I do not want.
