“Colonial Pines is the first apartment I’ve rented since living on my own. I’ve been here for 7+ years. It’s a great community to live in. Maintenance request get handled in a timely manner, neighbors are friendly and respectful. Glad I made the decision to live in this neighborhood. Great school zone as well”

“We went there today for a tour. The place was absolutely beautiful, and hoping we get the place. When we went we were greated instantly amazing customer service! They offered water and snacks on our way out.”
“Lived here for about 3 years. Very quiet and very good groundskeeping. Feels very separate from the rest of the area. Apartments are very well kept and every thing always in good working order. They stay on top of maintenance. Never had any bugs but the occasional slug. Heat and A/c always worked soooo soo good. The staff are friendly and nice. Tons of parking. Only reason I left was for renovations being done to my building. Now let's be real tho the laundry situation kinda sucky but it definitely could be worse, and the apartments laminate wood lookin like a students desk kinda lame, also if youre near the verizon building youre gonna hear them kinda late sometimes backing their trucks up etc. But overall was a good experience and a comfortable era in my life. I don't know how it is now but my rent was cheap and low deposit (and I actually got it back!) Thank you to everyone at st andrews!!!!”

Additionally, she maintained a kind attitude throughout my experience which stood out significantly and is just as important as prompt responses.Deneigha was also professional and friendly during our interactions. Their friendly demeanors and professionalism are things that stood out the most and encouraged my decision to make this apartment complex my home. “I have an easy time with rent payments, getting my mail, and living here overall. I have enough space to live here and the included washer and dryer in my unit is a godsend. Also, this is the only place that I have lived where the leasing office has open hours on Sunday. My only gripe is that inspections and maintenance visits don't have scheduled times, so I'm not always home when they happen.”
