“Their shop is now located at 725 east main st., Wytheville, VA. My 2005 Corolla had a "check engine" light. I took the car into them and looked at the software program analyzing the warning. The program of course listed a half dozen possibilities. They had my car for several days. The car, typical of many manufacturers, had parts from several years. The technician had to look at several years of automotive information. Fortunately he was able to ultimately make an effective repair. I received a very reasonable repair bill which included a part. The part was not something that is readily available off the shelf at a store. I was very happy with the cost of the repair. It is a very pleasant surprise to find people who are not slamming people with high dollar repair bills. I truly expected, and was somewhat fearful, a monstrous repair charge. They are very conscientious people. One of them stated that they do not want to "rip people off." He continued with comments about treating people the right way. I will in the future certainly go back to them for automotive work. I have recommended them to several people.”

“In Labor Day my husband and I were traveling home from a holiday weekend with family from Charlotte to KY. Our car died on us while we were in the left lane and had to pull off the very busy I-77 in Wytheville VA on the median. AAA was called and a shortly the VA DOT service/safety truck stopped and kept us safe with hazard warnings for approaching drivers while awaiting the tow truck. (What a blessing - thank your VA)

Steve (tow truck driver) was exceptional! He took our car to Hendricks Auto in Wytheville where we dropped the car off. Of course everything was closed due to the holiday so we couldn’t get a rental car. Steve took us to the hotel I booked so that we wouldn’t be stranded.

He was very professional and very caring. That helped tremendously with reducing the stress that we could have experienced.

“They were very fast to get my son’s car back on the road. Would have been same day if he hadn’t needed a speed censor that was hard to find.
It was an expensive repair but when you’re broke down out of town, it is what it is.
Background story is my son drove his car from Ohio to Myrtle beach on a messed up wheel bearing. He made it to the beach and then as far as Wytheville on the way home.
19 year old stupidity at its best.
This momma was not happy to have to go rescue him…
