This is my second time using FlyinJ and the EVGO charger. So nice to arrive, all chargers are working and charge as expected. This is the way electric car travel should be. Electrify America you could learn a lot from these guys. Time for Electrify America to step up or get a new CEO who actually cares.

I used to like this spot. It has gone way downhill. The Old Blonde in charge seems to want to kiss up to 4 wheelers and spit on the Pros. Last time landing here- at least for a long while. They might get smart and fire Management.

We got on the scales for our load and were kept waiting for 10 minutes. Then we wanted to buy a ticket and pay, and the woman with blonde long braided hair who said she was a manager and who didn't know herself was very rude to us and kicked us out. You ask why? She didn't understand our accent and got angry!!! At one point, my husband asked me a question and because we used our own language among ourselves, she kicked us out of the store and we were officially treated as racist. We have never felt so humiliated in the 12 years we stayed in this country. This is the United States of America and we are citizens of this country.

While traveling from SC to OH, came across a major thunderstorm producing tornados. We thought the truck stops would be the best option to stop at with 4 children and 3 adults. However, once inside we learned that they were starting to get customers out and not allow them shelter during a tornado. They were more worried about theft in the store during a power outage than safety of customers. We usually stop at Loves and that is for a good reason. Never will visit another Flying J or Pilot.

First time have to plug a nail in my tire and needed extra help. Justin came to my rescue when he over heard my panic voice on a phone call. Him and one of the other employees (Ug?) were amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful!

-1 star missing a washing machine. There’s supposed to be 3 washers and 3 dryers but instead they got 2 washers and 4 dryers. Everything else is standard though, huge truck parking lot

Id give 0 stars if i could. How are you going to be a truck fuel station without fuel? If you cant plan to have fuel dont exist in the first place. Dont stop here they will just waste your time.

Very clean! Awesome bathrooms that dont have giant cracks so everyone can watch u do your business. Updated and modern. lots of selection of to-go food. Really good coffee, fresh ground. Friendly staff. Items are over priced but considering its a convenient store. It is what it is.

Horrendous! Wouldn’t recommend anyone using this business. Somehow after the remodel it’s gotten worse. Never any attendants inside only self checkout. 360 days of the year the gas pumps are broken or the credit card readers don’t work. While mosh of the time it’s clean. That doesn’t make up for the face of having to wait for 10+ min for an attendant anytime you do business there.
