Very noisy facility. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors talking while they watch television. And everytime someone above me flushes their toilet/showers, it sounds like the water in the pipes are coming out out the walls! Breakfast was edible. This is nothing like the IHG, Stay Bridge facility on base. Unfortunately they were booked and this was my only option, but I won't be choosing this place again.

Rooms: Rooms are clean. They have a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave.
Safety: Hotel on a secure base.
Food & drinks: Serve complimentary breakfast and have a social on Tuesdays.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Great price and the location was excellent for my meeting location. Will use again.

Location is great. Breakfast is pretty nice!
Rooms and service require some work.
My husband found nipple balm and a few child items in his freshly "cleaned" room that he's staying in now, as well as a dead lamp, dead tv remote, inoperable phone (Front desk: does it really take an engineer to fix this?), and tv signal that is constantly dropping.

Nice location. Rooms are well kept and clean. Space is good and views from some rooms have nice views out windows. If able to use this Army hotel property it's worth it.

Helpful for traveling !!
Its location is a bit far from restaurants

But other than that. NIT SO GOOD

Great customer service, clean rooms and building, safe and convenient location, couldn't ask for more.Rooms: Clean with large mini-frig and desk.Safety: Very safe area.Walkability: Within walking distance of many outdoor activities.Food & drinks: Complimentary hot breakfast.

I really like this place. It is not a luxury hotel but it is a great home away from home. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is super nice. The location is beautiful. Breakfast is good. I mean it’s great. To the person that said they had to take out their own trash - you don’t have to - you can leave it in your room until they do cleaning service (Tuesday/Thursday) or you can put it outside your door - OR you can stop feeling so entitled and take YOUR trash to the trash can- or hire a butler. Look at all the options! Thanks for hosting me and the amazing stay.

The bed was smaller than expected, and placed right next to the AC unit. Every time the AC cut on, it freezes you while in bed. Recommend not having the AC unit blow over the bed.
