Real bad experience staff are very disrespectful and residents are doing drugs inside the shelter and the manager is nasty and disrespectful I highly recommend not to go there ????????

Been here for a couple months. Chaotic and a little scary at times, but staff is generally helpful and I ended up meeting some amazing friends.

Toxic atmosphere due to the lack of basic respect for residents. Limited availability of helpful resources, especially if you're in need but not seriously ill with something.

Life sometimes gets tough i recently become homeless my sister talked me into doing the assessment for shelter they have a drop in every Mon, wed, and fri. For all who needs shower and laundry and can assist with employment, identification etc ms Duke is great she helped put my life back on track in a time when i was feeling hopeless

Staff professional, amenities quite reasonable, can't get with sleeping on the floor sorry. Not many people wearing masks in there at all, just came out of hospital don't need to be sick again.

The receptionist was beyond rude. I came in to donate dozens of socks my co-workers and I collected and the woman could of cared less. She instructed me to place them “over there” and that was it. No “thank you” or anything. We will donate elsewhere from now on.
