If you have a question about your card don’t plan on stopping in and talking to someone. you need to make an appointment or call the 1-800 number because they don’t have any one available for walk in question. If you pay you card early make sure it’s it not too early because even though it after the payment date they will still apply it to your last statement and there is nothing they can do to accommodate you . the fact that you paid for the month ahead, but they decided to put on the month behind, even though you paid for the month behind. they are pleasant but are of no help . Also the fact that I had to be escorted to the ladies room while she waited and escorted back. Is humiliating. This banking experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Will be looking for a new bank to do banking with .

What is the point of even having a physical bank if they just make you go online for everything? My husband simply asked them to order him a replacement debit card because his was damage and they refused! They told him he had to do it through the app. Well he doesn't have the app! Forcing us to sign up for the app just to order a new card is ridiculous... thanks for nothing Wells Fargo.

Not willing to work with customers. Hours of operation should be available later in the day, at least til 6 one day a week.

Came in on, 7/18 and Rafael McFarland help me get all my stuff in order. He went way above the call of duty. I'm glad he helped me and gave me some great advice. He made sure I was good with my stuff. Thanks!

Came here to get a blank check for my new job I'm starting. Teller reminded me that I would need to upgrade my account since I still had a teen account which was unrelated to why I went. Would have completely forgotten to do this had she not reminded me. Appreciate the reminder and nice to see people doing more than what is expected of them.

I’ve had my fall outs with Wells Fargo and was on the edge of closing all ties with them until I met this one manager. Nate is amazing! He always helps out when ever I run into a problem and I will continue to come to this bank as long as he’s manager!
