The blonde boy, i believe his name is Brandon, who works here needs lessons in customer service. I was trying to ask him a question about a sandwich and he wasnt listening. He told me about a different sandwich that I wasn't even asking about then he strangely started saying how the sandwich I didnt ask about reminds him of something he ate at a hockey game. Then he randomly started telling me he collects hockey jerseys. He is very random, irritating and has no idea how to listen. I had to ask another employee to get my questions answered. Hope whoever is over this Sheetz will train Brandon better

Go to get my lunch. Ordered extra sauce and got back to my job and had 0 sauces. Then I try to call to rectify their mistake and they don't even answer the phone.

Stopped in this morning as I do often. The fountain drink machines were off with cups blocking them. The coffee machines were of and with cups blocking them. The kitchen was closed and the screens were turned around. The manager was checking in the beer truck and huffed when I tried to slide by her to get a bottle drink. The other staff lady just shrugged when I asked why everything was closed up.

I'm a doordash driver and I'm not impressed. I could have stole anything in the store because I was made to go get 2 drinks out of a doordash order.

Shop here quite frequently but they typically can’t get a food order right to save their life. Stopped in to get a sub for lunch today and it was missing a few things. Not the end of the world, but it wasn’t busy nor was there a line of folks waiting on food. Not sure why a sub with four things comes out missing two of them.

Store is filthy dirty inside and out....I can't buy food there.Clean the parking lot.Clean the beverage counters.Clean the doors and their frames fors god's sake.It is disgusting.

I know why you guys never answer phone calls there it’s because you don’t want to take complaints from customers. I just came from there and asked for no salt on my fries. I don’t like salt. And someone put it on anyway. And I will never forget the fact that you all stole over eight dollars worth in cigars from me. Because I brought a box of cigars home that was supposed to have fifteen in the box and there was only seven packs. I go there all the time only because it’s the only Sheetz nearby me. Otherwise you would have lost a customer by now!! It happened about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I asked for 16 packs of BLK wine. I got one pack loose and the box was supposed to have fifteen in it. They used the one loose pack and scanned it 16 times. But when I brought the box home it only had seven packs in it. I told the manager and she watched camera footage. And since no one opened the box at the counter it was my word against theirs. Someone should be doing inventory somewhere. Because you all should have sold eight more BLK wine by now then you were supposed to.
