“I’ve had two packages delivered to the wrong address. One did not have a USPS tracking and the other did. I first went to the Clay Street location but received no direction or insight. Then I visited the main branch on Odd Fellows Road still no guidance or insight but they mentioned that packages for my old zip code were directed to the Rivermont location. Finally, I went to the Rivermont Avenue location, where Susan was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
She was running the location by herself, yet still took the time to offer clear information instead of just shrugging and saying she couldn’t help. 10 stars to Susan and a BIG thank you!”

“I moved here about a year ago and lately I’ve seen a lot of complaints online about people not getting their mail. I have to rave about my postal worker JOHN. (Carries in Westover area) I’ve observed his work ethic for about a year now. I’m very impressed with him. He works hard, he’s always on time and he takes care with the packages/mail and always takes time to make sure that packages are placed in a safe place and out of the elements if at all possible. I have never received incorrect mail. The state I’m from, the mail carriers could not even get the correct mail in “cluster” boxes 50% of the time.
So managers, I hope you take note of your dedicated employee, John.”
