Helpful multiple times for various things. They even checked our battery when a terrible tire place said it was dead when it clearly wasn't. Also not intimidating for someone who doesn't know what they're doing or looking for.

My engine like came on and my car started rocking . I stop there and a young man was very happy to help. Check my car with this device and told me everything that was going on with my car. Showed my prices as well. Excellent customer service. I wish I would have got his name but he was awesome. ❤️❤️❤️

I just stopped in at the Forest VA store. And could not have asked for any better customer service. Courtesy and respect still go a long way!!
