While I had a great experience purchasing the car, it has been a nightmare ever since. The service desk rarely answer phone calls and they hardly ever call you back if you leave a voicemail. It takes 5 to 6 calls over days or weeks before someone will answer the phone. I have had a transmission issue with my Jeep Compass since the month after I bought it and after a year and a half I still cannot get them to take care of the issues. I've taken it in three separate times, paid $600 for a part to be replaced and still having the same issues. Having my transmission repeatedly overheat for no reason, lock up and stop in the middle of the highway multiple times, and to simply be told that because they can't replicate the error code they can't do anything is infuriating. I don't feel safe driving a car that I bought to have as a reliable vehicle. I was told that their warranty would be great and should take care of the transmission issues but have yet to see any of that. Almost year and a half later and I'm $600 poorer with a car that I don't feel safe driving because the dealership I bought it from refuses to actually address the very serious and dangerous transmission issue. While the purchasing process was great it has been greatly overshadowed by the worst customer service I've ever interacted with

We purchased a CX-30 yesterday and we’re helped by Michiah. He was very helpful and answered all my questions that I’m sure were foolish, but he never seemed like he wished I would stop asking about features. I would 100% recommended him and Lynchburg Mazda to anyone!

This is definitely the place to go for outstanding service.Tim Acoff is the BEST. He helped me with purchasing my car and went above and beyond. He made the process so easy and was there for every step. He knew I was very uneasy going to a BIG dealership and boy did HE make the difference. I used to go to second hand dealerships but once I came to him he provided the BEST experience I have ever encountered at a dealership.I will be buying my next car from him with no questions asked. He made the purchase so easy and affordable for me. His personality is top notch. Way to go Nissan Mazda for having such an amazing man at their place. He truly is an ASSET.

I wish that someone would help me understand where you guys got your Parts "expert". Mazda part #'s aren't that hard to figure-out. I went in to buy sealing washers for the engine oil drain plug on my early 2000 Miata. Told the guy that it was an 18mm plug with a tapered seat. He sold me 99564-1400 seals, which are 14 mm.Two tips here fellers - the last 4 digits are the plug size, and all the tapered seat oil drain plugs that I've encountered (which are more than a few) are 18 mm. Tip # 2 - listen to your customer. Sometimes they just might know what they want to spend their money on.I'll never deal with these buffoons again. You have been warned.

The guys at Lynchburg Mazda were fantastic! Not only were they NOT pushy, they offered us a fair deal and truly tried to make this a seamless process. After the purchase was complete, they even took the time to show us around their shop and go through all of the vehicle's features. We truly got the royal treatment from John and his team; I would do it all over again if I could!
