Shout out to Jordan! I walked up a few minutes before closing time and a guy was closing the gate around the pharmacy and he said they will be back in 30 minutes. I was disappointed but Jordan was there and said he could help me quickly. Thank you, Jordan! Great costumer care.

The staff is nice enough, but it takes so long to get refills! Even when they finally say it’s ready it isn’t, so I end up making multiple trips.

Very knowledgable and polite employees. Only issue is the typical long wait times before being attended to. All pharmacies appear to have issues with the lack of employees. Kroger not nearly as bad as CVS which oftentimes shuts down sporadically.
