Great service and great prices. You do have to arrive when they open as they are a first come first serve company and honestly we need more places like that. Offer nitrogen fill for tires if you want that like myself.

My boyfriend had a blow out on his way down here from NJ, I checked for a location near me and came upon Harris Tire, Frederick had also knocked his bumper loose and needed screws to secure it, he also wanted the same brand of tire that he already had .
The owner went out of his way to try and locate the tire, when he could not he did find a compatible tire replaced it at a very reasonable price, screws were done at no cost at all. I gathered Frederick was pleased because he talked about the owner and how well he was treated for over a half hour when he got back.

Every once in a while you will encounter a company that provides service so exceptional that it should serve as a benchmark against which other companies should be measured. That company is Harris Tire, which has provided me with the best customer service of any tire retailer I have encountered in my fifty years of driving. I won't go anywhere else to purchase tires in Lynchburg!

If you’re interested in wasting your time, this is the place for you. Called to make an appointment they don’t take appointments. Told me over the phone that I would need to come in, and they were not busy and available. Drove there and was informed that they could not get to a 20 minute job anytime in the next week Waste of time.Poor customer service. If I could rate this business, as zero stars, I would.
