Typically this is the place I've trusted for years for tire work, but last week I had them patch a tire for me and they scuffed my wheel heavily on their machine. $500 nitto tire on a $400 Fuel wheel. I brought it to the attention of the manager Kyle who acknowledged the damage done by their shop and said he would have the district manager follow up with me. Been a full week and haven't heard from anyone. Additionally the tire now wobbles going down the road like they moved the tire on the bead, but didn't re-balance it? Pretty disappointing after years of good service.

Five-Star Service at Harris Tire!
Stopped by Harris Tire today to get a little air in my tires — you know, with fall weather here, cooler temperatures can lower tire pressure. Keeping tires properly inflated is so important for safety and fuel efficiency.
A big thank you to Molly for her friendly attitude and quick service! She jumped right on it and had me taken care of in no time.

I've been going to Harris for years. And up until the past couple years, I would have given a very positive review. However, I don't know if they're shortstaffed, overworked or what but every time I've gone lately, the workers screw something up. This last visit was the final straw for me. I brought my Prius in for a spark plug replacement. On a Prius, you have to remove the windshield wiper assembly to get to the spark plugs. While putting it all back together, the worker slapped some parts down too hard and broke my front windshield. After some pushing (no mechanic likes to admit they messed up), they begrudgingly offered to cover the insurance deductible. It was a massive hassle and an easily avoidable one, but I dealt with it and moved on. However, a couple weeks after that mess, I popped the hood and found that they had also opened up my brake fluid reservoir (which is right beneath the windshield wiper assembly), dropped the cap down into the inner workings of the car and left it. My brake fluid had been exposed for nearly two weeks, and if anything had ended up in it, that could have meant random brake failure. The sheer sloppy work on this last job has made me never want to go back. It was a pretty simple task: new spark plugs. I got a broken windshield and potentially screwed up brake fluid from the mix. Very very unhappy.

This is the best mechanic shop in town! The representatives are polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. They have recently clarified my doubts regarding the dealership recommendations, instead of taking advantage of my ignorance regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. I took my wife's car to Harris Tire for new tires and a state inspection. Three lug nuts were loose on the same wheel. This is extremely dangerous; luckily I caught it before the wheel fell of the car. I tried to add a photo but the file size must be too big.
This is the second time that Harris Tire allowed my car to leave in an unsafe condition. Prior to this experience, someone broke a front wheel stud on a different vehicle and did not replace it.
After being a loyal customer for over a decade, I will no longer support this establishment.

I was having issues with my Car battery and also had 4 tires that needed to be replaced. I went in to Harris Tire they fixed me up and helped me choose the right kind of tires to get. Everything was affordable and they did a great job. Always a positive experience with these folks!

I would not do business with them ever again. They have gone downhill over the past couple of years with new owners and employees. I got an oil change from them and about a month later my car broke down on me and an oil filter light came on. Told them about the light and they said it was a battery and that makes lights cut on. Replaced the battery, drove off and the oil light came back on again so never listened to my problem from the beginning. Went immediately back and they put more oil in it and within 2 weeks it broke down on me again and they said it had no oil and when they start it, it sounded awful, so they blew my engine with not understanding the reason the car was brought in with the oil filter light. Moral of the story I went to get an oil change and now have to replace the engine or buy a whole new vehicle. No ownership of what happened and good luck with them telling the truth to save their reps. Do not recommend. If I could give less stars than I would.

I had a great experience at Harris Tire! On the phone and in person the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They found an issue while I was in and they resolved it very efficiently. I was able to get an oil change, new tires, an alignment, and new studs in a very timely manner. Thank you Harris team!

Just bought 4 tires from Harris for my two year old car. Since my car is new, I have not replaced the tires before and had no damage to my rims previously. They scratched three of the rims replacing the tires and are claiming no responsibility.
