Excellent service! Will use him again for our Lab for sure!! Of you see the negative comments below I can almost guarantee that they made their appts through google. I made the appt through google then called himTo verify. He doesn’t use that service. If you want an appointment CALL HIM!

We brought our 2 year old Labradoodle in for his first visit today. Steven did an excellent job with our pup! We will definitely have Steven groom our pup again when it's time. We highly recommend this spa!

Disappointed... Based on web reviews, we made appointments for our two Pomeranians for baths, using the online web service (9:00am and 11:00am). We received an auto-confirmation from Google, but no confirmation or contact directly from the groomer. I arrived at his house promptly at 9:00am with our first dog and knocked at the front door. No response. A large dog inside was barking at the living room window, so I would have thought that would have also alerted Steve. I knocked a second time; also no response. I left after about five minutes of waiting. Using the online service, we canceled the 11:00am appointment.

We had an appointment for our special needs dog and when we arrived there was no answer on phone or at the door. Stephen talked a great game on the phone and we were looking forward to working with him. It was definitely a frustrating and disappointing situation all around.

Steven does a fantastic job with our lab-retriever mix. Not only does he do a good job, but he is easy to work with and has very fair rates. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I have two kitties who have been groomed here. One is a Himalayan and the other one is a fur ball . Both suffered from matting in certain areas that they did not like momma brushing . My experience was prompt, very patient and all around a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend!
