The recent reviews praising Sharon are spot on. Sharon Chambers is the property manager. I visited the office today as my first stop in searching for a larger storage unit around Lynchburg. This first stop turned out to be my last stop because after Sharon helped me look around and take me through the options, I was not interested in working with anyone else. She was very kind and professional and the units were very clean and secure. Overall it was a very smooth and enjoyable process to renting storage thanks to great service. Thanks for your help Sharon!

The customer service is great. I wouldn’t expect a storage unit facility to have such good customer service. I believe the employee who we spoke with on the phone was Sherrill. Anyhow, she was a big help. The storage unit was clean and exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this place to friends/family.

The easy reservation and ability to immediately have access was the best process! The only negative is the access hours. 10pm made it harder to move stuff in, even just 11pm would’ve still been a reasonable and safe time!

I found the staff to be very friendly, informative and easy to get in touch with. I found the facilities extremely clean and well built. I found the hours very convenient for me and the terms of contract to be extremely reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit!

I received wonderful service from Sharon. It was end of day and she helped me get set up and ready to go with my new unit. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. I would highly recommend lock n roll to my friends.

The gentleman at my location was very kind knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with He helped me through the process and I was very impressed I even asked if they were hiring for retired people and he was helpful with that as well

I used this facility from October 2017 until April 2024; six years and my monthly rent never changed until January 2024. The Forest location is clean and secure. Sharon, in that locations office, is extremely helpful in assisting with any questions or concerns you may have.
I would recommend this facility to anyone.
