Rude front desk. Greedy, takes on way to much work, with very slow turn around times. My vehicle set for months, on 3 different occasions. Won’t be going back. However the work quality is good.

The repair took longer than we expected but they did a great job and even detailed the outside and inside of our van. We were very impressed with the customer service. Would highly recommend and will be our first choice for any future need.

Poor customer service. Quality has went down hill. I've seen their work on my friend's cars and they also complained about how long it took to get their car back. Just to have it not done 100% correct. There are definitely better shops in Lynchburg.

Our daughter's car was damaged by someone pulling out of the parking spot next to her car. It was her first experience dealing with an auto accident. Forest took care of her as though she was their daughter. Extremely helpful. Got her new parts versus repairing and matched the paint beautifully on her newer model vehicle. Thanks.

I have a 2008 4runner that had the typical sun damage on the upper surfaces for a 13 year old truck. I was wondering if they could match 13 year old paint. The match was perfect. I will return when I need more work done.Service: Painting

They had me in within two days when everyone else was several months. The insurance wanted them to do a patch on my rear bumper, so they called and got a new bumper approved. They matched the paint perfectly; they kept me informed and was quick finishing up. To top it off, they cleaned my entire car inside and out! They’ve earned a lifetime customer, and whenever someone asks for a recommendation, I’m sending them straight over! Thanks, Forest Collision!

Did an excellent job of repairing and painting my Rogue's quarter panel damage. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The job took longer than anticipated which they attributed to staffing issues. My car was there 3 weeks and they failed to inform me of the progress being made despite promising me they would keep me informed. I had to call 3 times to check on the progress being made. All in all I would definately return and recommend them.
