Rude and unhelpful pharmacy technician. My husband and I have had the displeasure of trying to get my medication filled at the Forest CVS pharmacy at different times and everytime a particular technician answers the phone or services the pickup window I am filled with dread. She is rude and unhelpful.The Forest Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy is a much better experience! The Forest Walmart Pharmacy has no problem running my insurance or applying good rx but they sure do have problems with that at this CVS pharmacy! I asked the walmart pharmacy tech to check the goodrx price for me and they did it in under two minutes with kindness. Let's compare that to the pharmacy tech at the CVS who gave me an attitude for my good rx request and asked me to come back hours later to pick up my medication. She didn't even bother to look goodrx up when I was there to give me a price.The price for my medication with insurance was 80 at the CVS compared to 28 with insurance (25 with good rx) at the Forest Walmart Pharmacy. Better prices and customer service at the Walmart Pharmacy!I bet the other one star review below references the same rude tech ? ?I won't be going to this CVS pharmacy again!

Shouldn't matter if you're closing in 8 minutes snarky pharmacy tech. I get it you want to leave , I don't care. You work in medical, I was there before you closed. Then because this store has everything behind the counter, I had to wait for about ten minutes in a line sick. Time to switch.

I had a photo sent in to be printed and I go hours later and told there is nothing in their system. So I then resend it and the woman who claims she is the supervisor tonight states that I’ll just have to wait when I know for a fact that you don’t have to wait. She could have very easily with the click of a button pull it up and print the photo out. I come to this location often and have never had an issue with the regular workers and I can tell you now that I sure as hell will not be coming back to this location due to the awful customer service from this woman who claims she is the supervisor. She needs a lesson in service and how providing it goes a long way! I will also be filing a better business bureau complaint so that the real manager has no choice but to reach out to me because this behavior is unacceptable.

I just had a lady answer the phone and yelled at me and hung up on me. I was certain it was a mistake so I called back and the same lady yelled at me again and hung up on me. I understand if you are having issues with the phone, but I in NO WAY deserved that. It was shocking. She yelled, very rude. I recorded it.

Submitted refills for cardiac medication through their app 6 times over 5 days. I have mulitple confirmation emails. I also submitted through the automated phone tree. Then I called and spoke with someone.When I called back again tonight they were extremely rude. She tells me it's not their fault my provider hasn't filled it, but then tells me they never submitted to the provider.We are looking to switch pharmacies now. This has happened multiple times. Their app is useless, employees are unbelievably rude and careless.People's medication is not a game. There is no reason to be rude AF when it's YOUR company that screwed up.

Friendly staff, lines are not long either. And they implemented covid precautions pretty quickly
