The pharmacy staff are amazing at this location...so helpful and friendly even when they are very busy. My only complaint is the new voicemail system cvs has adopted, making it impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone. I was hung up on by the system 3 times one day and had to drive to the pharmacy just to request a refill that required Dr. authorization. CVS needs to get rid of this system or they will likely lose my business and many others!

Had one of the worst experiences at this CVS. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service at this CVS. I will be switching pharmacies.

Picked up a photo card I designed online. It was ready in a short amount of time and well worth the cost.Clerk was very helpful and I was able to check out quickly.Even saved on the cost because of a coupon I didn't know would be applied.

Many of the staff are rude and are unprofessional. The pharmacist will argue up and down even when she's wrong and other people point it out. She can't be wrong it's just impossible in her eyes. Sometimes you make mistakes say sorry and move on not argue with your customers because u HAVE to feel right all the time. Disrespectful.

This use to be a very reliable pharmacy but in the last month it has went down hill MAJORLY. At any time you could go to get your meds during regular hours & they will randomly be closed due to their employees not showing up. Its ridiculous

I take suboxone, been taking it for 10+ yrs, 99% of the time I pick it up the same days gone by ea time. This month ( btw not this 1st time with other meds I've had a problem at this location) they tell me it's to early, ok maybe my Dr or me messed up. I count the days gone by.....nope same amount of time as anytime in the last 6months of record, even my insurance has okd pick up.So I call to ask if something has changed, w/CVS, etc. Pharmacist counts from the day after I picked them up the month before....hmm, ok, why I ask, and I explain its been told to me that you count from the day I pick up, IF that's wrong, ok, but why has that been tha case ea time for at least the last 6months? Please look at my account I say. Look she says I don't need to do that it's not time and she hangs up. All I wanted was an explanation of what had changed, why was every other time different. I live across the street and I go there, again, to ask, why, what changed? Five minutes into me, politely REALLY, Asking could they at least reference back on my account and explain why those months were ok but now, for no reason given, something changed? You know what they did....told me to leave or they would call the police. Said they'd answered my question..there answer, that's what the Pharmacist said, that's why. Not one time did they look through my records to verify what I was saying, wth? My understanding of the Pharmacy and Pharmacist was they were there to help, not berate or threaten cause they don't want to take the time to actually help! I have NEVER been treated so poorly, well almost never, same Pharmacist different medication and scenario, bottom line, she was wrong then too, I let it go I'm not the type to rub it in, this time though I was threatened with police and why? They didn't even look at my account to try and explain. I'm moving so this is my last fill here anyway, there's several CVS's in Forest, pls go elsewhere for better service!

I've had an amazing experience at this CVS each time I've been there. This past time, the pharmacy manager was quite wonderful. She answered all of my questions easily and helpfully. She was kind and professional.

It’s a little hard to review a cvs so this is based off my limited interaction with the employees. I went to the pharmacy and asked a question about something and although they couldn’t fulfill my request they were professional and reasonable. I think that’s good enough to get a 5 star review.

The pharmacy staff lacks professionalism and they are often rude. They rarely have prescriptions ready when promised. They have even sent text messages claiming that particular prescriptions were ready, but those prescriptions were not ready upon arrival. They auto-refill medications even though they have been told repeatedly not to do it. As a result, they often have prescriptions ready that are NOT needed while needed prescriptions are unfilled. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. And this is not a review based upon a single negative experience. This review is based upon NUMEROUS negative experiences. It would be better for this CVS to shut its doors than to continue offering such poor pharmacy services because they are dealing with medications that people need for survival.

I have found this location of CVS to be awesome - they are personable, friendly and very helpful in so many ways. They also remember you when you walk in, make sure you are aware of sales and bend over backwards when it comes to customer service. Stop by and give them a try!

Best pharmacy in town. I have used this particular CVS for many years and they have always been fast, friendly, courteous and helpful when it came to picking up my prescription or just coming in to pick up a few things.
