I went here specifically to have a key made for an older vehicle. There were 3 women in the store working and none of them knew how to make a key for a vehicle (but the one waiting on me said she had no problems with making them for houses). After about 15 minutes of her looking and asking the other 2 women she came back and said they didn't have any for isuzu and that the men can take other brands and sometimes make one from those but she didn't know how to do it and all the men were busy unloading a truck and 2 were out on delivery, so I was told to come back another time when I'm out that way again. Seems like proper training of employees is what is needed here, not a customer making special trips to come to a store (as this place is out of the way for me) when the knowledgeable staff may or may not be too busy to assist someone. While this store seemed to have a good bit of supplies I found it to be a waste of time and I will not be returning any time soon nor do I recommend this place.

The folks at Wills Ridge always bend over backwards to assist their customers. I am a local carpenter and really appreciate all the things they do for me. From Joe the owner to the counter people to Albert and the kids who work in the yard, they have always done their best to make sure I have (or get) anything I need. Really good folks.

I'm an avid do-it-yourselfer and I've depended on the supplies and knowledge at Wills Ridge for many years. I'm always stopping in for a few of this or a little of that. It takes a while to learn where everything is, but the people are friendly and the customer care is high. Thanks!

Great store. I've taken several of my sons to visit. It's like walking into an old time hardware store with the kids and level of care. But they have all the contemporary things you need and some of the best trucks in the area. If you live in the area.... use them. If you visit the area you have to go and visit the store..... buy a Case knife or something!!
