“They are located in Floyd, by Family Dollar, and are easy to find by the trail of cars on the little side road. The place was packed with a bit of everything, and there was not much room to park. It honestly made me smile. It told me that they were very respected in the community & did great work. If this weren't true, they wouldn't be so busy. I showed up on time, and they moved one out and mine inside. Now, it is a bunch of men and grease, so housekeeping could be better, but I understood. I grew up in a garage, so it does not bother me what the bathroom looks like. I just want to know that what you do out in the shop is 110%. I waited for a flex pipe replacement and a VA state inspection, and honestly, it did not take long at all. I played on my phone a bit & took in some sunny weather outside. They have a small waiting area with a restroom and a drink machine. About an hour later, I was on the road & headed back home. It was very reasonably priced, and they were very nice for chatting with me and not being rude or rushing me off. The place reminded me of my grandpa's garage when I was a kid. Hometown nostalgia at its best! I would TOTALLY recommend them and I wish them all the best.”
