I arrived in Floyd County after just a few visits to the area with the hopes of checking out the real estate market for a possible purchase in the distant future. A random phone call to the Thomas & Wall office connected me to one of their agents— Jocelyn Coulston— whom I made an appointment to see the next time I was in town.
The moment I met Jocelyn I knew she was the agent for me. She was pleasant, yet very straight forward and honest, without the fluff and pushy salesmanship one sometimes expects from these interactions. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and it quickly became apparent that she had her finger on the pulse of what was happening in the area.
Within just a few short weeks, with Jocelyn’s guidance, we found and closed on my dream property.
Each step of the way, Jocelyn was communicative, patient, and proved to be an amazing advocate for me when inevitable hiccups occurred.

10/10 Recommend Thomas & Wall Real Estate!! Yuri Wall not only sold my house in no time but help me buy what I dreamed of.
