Awesome shop, Hannah and her team are just wonderful to deal with. My wife and me visited this store for the first time on a fall trip to Floyd and are now permanent customers. Since we live 5hrs away we have to order online and Hannah has been so helpful and makes it such an easy process. Hand written notes thanking you for your business in each package is a perfect personalized touch. You won't be disappointed giving them your business

I had my first experience at Hey Helen today! SO wonderful! I loved the clothes and the prices were very reasonable. I also had my 20 month old daughter with me and the store owner was so sweet to her. She had some toys that she let her play with while I shopped and didn't seem like my child was an inconvenience to her at all. She was very understanding! That made my shopping experience even better. I will definitely go back soon!
