Would of been nice for y'all to be open since I was released from the doctors last night at 9 for broken fingers be really nice to have my pain meds, everyone needs to start using christiansburg CVS, idk who owns this one but they need to get priorities straight, trying my best to enjoy my father's day with pain in my hand cuz y'all don't want to be open be the first time I've seen places close for Father's day

Unpredictable hours. All pharmacy staff but one are grumpy and it most often feels like it's an inconvenience to them that you're there as a customer.

Horrible! Went in to pickup a prescription for a shut-in and the pharmacy was closed for lunch! No sign, nothing. CVS employees were pretty rude when I asked when the pharmacy reopens. Wow, CVS, you've come a long way down. Can't wait until you close due to poor service!

Never has prescriptions ready and most of the staff in the pharmacy is rude and acts like you’re inconveniencing them by being there.

Pharmacy is closed at various times during their normal business hours and sometimes all day. You just cant count on them being there. I would recommend taking your prescriptions across town or to Christiansburg.

First of all, I fully understand the highly negative reviews this pharmacy received when the commenters gave their input. However, since the new pharmacy manager, Elizabeth Thomas, came on board about five months ago, everything has changed and become very good. Really, the change has been startling.If the location is convenient for you, please give the pharmacy a try.

Please put a "general store" button on the store phone answering menu. Can't get past the answering robot when the pharmacy is closed. The robot voice thinks the entire store is closed when the pharmacy is closed.

The WORST type of service to customers. Can't depend on it to be open from day to day. Most of the pharmacists that do show up are rude. I am insulin dependent and can't rely on them to fill the prescription. Sometimes they will notify me that a prescription is ready to pick up and then I drive to the pharmacy only to find it is not ready.Definitely moving my med needs to a different pharmacy. They need tojust go ahead and close this CVS location.

OK so I have to get on board with these negative reviews this is pretty much a horrible pharmacy.The staff is friendly but I have had numerous strange happenings with them changing my number of pills and locking my script down so I couldn’t fill it anyplace else, all because they don’t show up to work have the time.

This rating is for the pharmacy, not the store itself. I have come in on numerous occasions when the pharmacy was supposed to be open and found it closed. When I asked when it would be open next, I was told "maybe tomorrow." This is appalling.
