I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who organized the Santa and Grinch Christmas time on December 9th, 2023. My son had a great time and a photographer took pictures that he will email to us. There were not many people attending, which was very nice. No crowded mall this year!! Thank you again.

Approaching the two-year mark of service, I must commend this provider as one of the most reliable I've encountered. The consistent reliability is truly noteworthy. I was actually a customer of theirs more than a decade ago when they offered wireless internet service. While that particular service was eventually discontinued, I had to resort to a 3mbps DSL connection. However, the tide turned when fiber optic connectivity was introduced in our area. This development has been nothing short of amazing. Now, I have a dependable high-speed service that caters to my work-from-home needs seamlessly, all while my family enjoys their favorite shows without any concerns about bandwidth limitations or sluggishness. Kudos to the provider for stepping up their game!

Anytime there is an issue with service the phone lines are always busy. I do not recommend this cable provider to no one.

I currently have DSL at my house and we have two smart TVs, 4 iPhones and 1 iPad streaming all the time when we are home, no issues. At my office in another part of Floyd, I have the Gig fiber and it is awesome. Zero complaints.

Service has been good so far (I’m a new customer). I was having trouble with my speeds on my PC but all of my other devices were running blazing fast.. Bradley came out and showed me it was my PC running off of the 2.4ghz band instead of 5ghz. After a driver update all was good again. Thanks so much Bradley, you were awesome. Give this man a raise!

In the 2.5 years I have had fiber with CTC, I have only lost service once, and that was when someone next door cut the line with a shovel. CTC responded immediately and had it fixed that day. The install was great, with Tom going above and beyond to place the router where I wanted it. 10/10 highly recommend.

I'm very happy with Citizens. I am a network engineer and live in Max Meadows. CenturyLink USED TO BE the only game in town. I went from 10x1 ( and very unstable ) being the only CL option to 75x10 with Citizens. They had to plant about 300 yards of cable from the road to my house. Very solid connection!!!

Generally very easy to work with. Some of the reps are a little less knowledgeable than others; but some really go out of there way to help!!Penny went above & beyond today to help me figure out what's going on with the fiber install.Thank you for the great service!
