“They are located in Floyd, by Family Dollar, and are easy to find by the trail of cars on the little side road. The place was packed with a bit of everything, and there was not much room to park. It honestly made me smile. It told me that they were very respected in the community & did great work. If this weren't true, they wouldn't be so busy. I showed up on time, and they moved one out and mine inside. Now, it is a bunch of men and grease, so housekeeping could be better, but I understood. I grew up in a garage, so it does not bother me what the bathroom looks like. I just want to know that what you do out in the shop is 110%. I waited for a flex pipe replacement and a VA state inspection, and honestly, it did not take long at all. I played on my phone a bit & took in some sunny weather outside. They have a small waiting area with a restroom and a drink machine. About an hour later, I was on the road & headed back home. It was very reasonably priced, and they were very nice for chatting with me and not being rude or rushing me off. The place reminded me of my grandpa's garage when I was a kid. Hometown nostalgia at its best! I would TOTALLY recommend them and I wish them all the best.”
“When it comes to restoreing older classic hot rods Daltons is where you wanna take your vechicle! Excellent service, quality, and craftsmemship, the men there will treat you with respect and care! The before and after of there work will make you tell your neighbor and family to take your old classic restoration jobs to Daltons ! Nice work fellows! He got my car taken car of within 4 days of the rejected inspection and it needed multiple things replaced and repaired. “They're under new ownership/management. Give them a chance. My battery light came on as I was driving by and my power steering failed for a moment. I stopped in and although they were very busy they gave me 20-30 minutes of their time to look over the car and diagnose the issue. They wouldn't even accept any money for the diagnosis. Super nice.”

“These folks are great! Had some hydraulic hoses I need made up, a buddy told me wheee to go and highly recommended. After traveling through some of Virginia’s hillside I knew I had made it. I told myself if I can’t get what I need fixed here, it won’t be fixed again.Very hospitable people, speedy service, friendly and had good conversation while there. Let me know anytime we need something to call and service trucks were available if I needed them to come to me. Awesome!If you’re out in these parts of the world, Floyd Virginia, and you need anything from truck and tractor repairs, machining, welding/fabrication, hydraulic hoses and so on this place is not only the best for miles and miles. I’d say they are better than any place you will find in most large cities. In the middle of Floyd where you won’t find any big box stores, mostly small unique shops and restaurants. “Absolutely the best service you could ever want!!! When you walk in they just make you feel like family! I ran nothing but stihl products for years and honestly after trying the XP pro series saws I hands down run all Husqvarna now. Not to mention the service T&E provides but just the entire atmosphere. If you have not had a chance to swing by and walk inside you owe it to yourself to do so. I promise you wont regret it. We find ourselves just going in the store to look around and talk to the amazing staff. We are blessed to have such a great shop with such amazing staff right here near our hometown! “Wow. I cannot say enough good about these people. I was in Floyd for a few days when the jeep started flashing all sorts of scary lights and messages. At night, of course. I called the next morning and the Service Director, Sean, got me right in. Dale, the service advisor, explained what he thought the issue was and later confirmed he was right. He explained the problem clearly and even showed me the part that needed to be replaced. They were able to fix the problem and get me on my way in less than an hour. The most incredible customer service I’ve ever experienced. And kindness - I was a bit stressed coming in and Mary Ellen the cashier was very gracious and kind. And in contrast to other experiences I’ve had, check out took less than two minutes. I cannot say enough about the amazing service this dealership and its staff provided. I am so glad the Jeep lost its mind in Floyd so these good people could take care of her!”
